Management there is a joke. Brandi the general manager has an impatient horrible temper. She wakes up miserable to do the job she gets paid to do, just to be drinking on the clock or hanging out with her friends drunk instead of properly managing. It really ruins the atmosphere when you see management acting like that they need to get their business in check. Darian is also really miserable when under stress. The owner AL is a great guy though sad to see both those managers who supposedly had training run this business to the dumps. Two women who constantly degrade their staff members and the customers dining in. They fall under pressure when any issue occurs, and their negative energy radiate off them no wonder no one likes them. Not to mention they don’t run background checks on anybody in the kitchen staff, food is served with hair in it, they have had multiple health violations, never anything in stock, and food made with no gloves. Probably the worst management I’ve ever seen in any type of franchise. It’s very disappointing. I love to see women empowerment but Darian and Brandi mostly are bottom of the barrel women which in my opinion their life is that pathetic. Like...

First and last time going, unbelievably horrible service. Sat for 30+ minutes without being greeted by a server, and had to grab a manager to look at the menu. Meanwhile tables on both sides of me who showed up after my party of 3, were already finishing their food and drinks. Finally we were able to order, and our server disappeared for another 40+ minutes before we had to go searching for a manager again. Once we found the server in the back on her phone, we tried cancelling our order after the horrid service and the server wouldn't let us.

My party was seated for over an hour and 20 minutes before we could get a single beer. When we asked the server, she said our drinks were made and someone took them, which still doesn’t explain the 80+ minute wait to get a single beer. Our food came out bland and greasy, and we asked for the check as soon it hit the table, which then started another 20+ minute ordeal of getting to-go boxes and paying so we could leave.

Overall we spent 2+ hours and $100+ for bad food and easily the worst service I’ve ever had. I regret bringing my party in from out of town, and will...

Went for the first time at noon today for a family lunch. Other than the one table of four the place was empty. Every drink took about ten minutes of waiting until it was finally brought to us. Keep in mind it was basically empty. We all ordered the same thing, a mix of happy hour pizza and boneless chicken wings. Keep in mind, it was basically empty. After half an hour of waiting, Every basket of chicken wings came out to us lukewarm. The waitress told us it's because all the sauces are kept in the fridge so it cooled down the wings. I ordered mine plain with sauce on the side and they were also lukewarm. Either all the time spent waiting was due to how busy they were, but keep in mind it was basically empty, or the sauces that I didn't even get are so cold that simply being next to the cup of sauce made them, at best, luke warm. If this is your best service at your slow time I can't even imagine what the service must be like when it's actually busy. Baskets of frozen chicken wings wouldn't be a huge surprise.
