Edit: the owner was the one I spoke to on the phone and didn't care to address the issue or that my sons brithday was ruined. So idk why they'd leave a comment saying they'd love to fix the issue? I tried calling and doing that, the owner was rude and nasty. I wish someone genuine would reach out and resolve this. The "owner" wouldn't even set aside 6 strawberry donuts for me when we should have had a replacement cake and a sincere apology
Cake we received for my son birthday was very disappointing and how they handled it was even worse Been ordering from Donut land for years and never had a problem before I'm so shocked and I will never go back. I tried to contact them the day we picked up the cake and they ignored my message it was a week later after sending another message someone finally back to me and the manager/ owner or who ever blamed us for not looking at the cake before we left I told her I sent my dad to pick up the cake and then she told me whoever baked the cake isnt the same person who handed it out and then awkwardly tried to rush me off the phone without even attempting to compensate or apologize and this is a week after my sons brithday they finally got back to me after I left messages so we couldn't even have them just fix the cake with more blue icing to cover and new writing but it also had way too much filling once we got it home and cut into it and having to ask for half a dozen to make up for this was awkward enough I show up to get the order and they had NOTHING for me The lady I spoke to on the phone comes out and said she didnt have an order for me even though she took my name over the phone she blamed be for coming before close she didnt have anything set aside for me when on the phone she asked me what kind of half dozen did I want to pick up I said glazed and strawberry frosted with sprinkle she took my name and then when I show up she had an attitude and never set aside an order for me and she told me whatevers here thats what you can get The donuts they were getting ready to throw away then told me I could try again another day?!?! None of their cakes on social media look like that I understand having new bakers and training new employees but it's no excuse to treat customers the way I was treated and having to ask for a half a dozen donuts to make up for it I felt bad I even had to ask and it wasn't even there when I went to pick it up! She never set aside the donuts she specifically asked what I wanted. It's like they didn't care at all about my sons birthday or making up for it Very disappointed I will...

Donut Land Brunswick is a true gem, not just for Brunswick but for all of Northeast Ohio. This family-owned spot has earned its reputation as a local favorite by serving up authentic, mouthwatering donuts, irresistible paczki, and some of the best coffee around. If you’re looking for a taste of Cleveland’s finest, this is the place to go—hands down, the best donut shop in the area!
From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with the warm, sweet aroma of freshly made donuts that instantly tells you you’re in for a treat. The donuts here aren’t just good—they’re phenomenal. Each one is crafted with care, perfectly fluffy yet satisfyingly dense, with flavors that explode in your mouth. The classic glazed is a melt-in-your-mouth dream, lightly crispy on the outside and pillowy soft inside. The filled donuts, like the creamy custard or rich jelly varieties, are packed with flavor without ever feeling heavy. And don’t get me started on the paczki—these Polish delights are a local treasure, especially around Fat Tuesday, with their tender dough and generous fillings like raspberry or Bavarian cream. Every bite feels like a celebration of tradition and taste.
The coffee? It’s the perfect companion—robust, smooth, and brewed just right to complement the sweetness of their treats. Whether you’re grabbing a quick dozen or settling in with a cup, the quality shines through. It’s no wonder this place is always buzzing with customers. The line might stretch out the door, but that’s only because it’s the spot to be. People don’t mind waiting when they know they’re getting the best.
What makes Donut Land extra special is that it’s family-owned. You can feel the love and pride they put into every batch, keeping the recipes authentic and the vibe welcoming. It’s not some corporate chain churning out mass-produced pastries—this is a labor of love, and it shows in every delicious detail. The staff are friendly, the service is quick despite the crowds, and the whole experience feels like a warm hug from a Northeast Ohio institution.
If you haven’t been to Donut Land Brunswick yet, you’re missing out. It’s a five-star experience through and through—authentic local donuts, unbeatable paczki, great coffee, and that unbeatable family touch. Cleveland’s donut crown belongs...
Read moreThis place looks like a total hole in the wall from the outside and inside, but the donuts do not disappoint! I was wanting to get a cake for someone in the family and they wanted a cake that wasn't traditional. I got them a custard filled donut cake. Wow! This was the best cake ever! It tasted like a Boston creme pie only with a nice cakey donut instead of just cake. The whole family said how delicious this was. My only complaint was that when I went to pick up my order they couldn't find it. It turns out it was set aside and incomplete with no writing on it. Then someone who says she doesn't normally do lettering put the letters on and said sorry it was so messy. I wished she asked because I would have just said to go without. But the taste more than made up for the messy lettering and the person getting the cake was glad I remembered their special cake request. While I stood waiting for the cake on a Saturday morning, I saw many people going in, some sitting having coffee at the couple of small tables there and most picking up their donuts and selecting donuts. Many people have a strong dedication to their donuts and are...
