Oriental Restaurant — Restaurant in Brunswick

I have never had worse service in my life. I placed an order and gave them my name and number. The lady told me it would be 20 minutes. I show up 10 minutes later and lady asked me for my name and went out back presumably to check and see if my order was done (I was earlier than the 20 minutes so I didn't expect it to be done). I waited for about 5 minutes at the counter and the lady never came back so I sat down in the little waiting area and waited for another 30 minutes. Another guy came in and the lady came out and asked for his name. She went out back and came out about a minute later with his order, then she told me on her way around the counter that they never got my order. After she checked the other guy out and he left, she stood at the counter and ignored me standing in front of her. After a couple minutes of awkwardly standing there I said, I placed an order here and told her what the order was but that if they actually had not started the order yet that I didn't want to wait any longer for it. She then continued to ignore me, no other customers were in the waiting area or at the counter and they were not busy in the dining area either. I stood there for a few more minutes with no interaction from her and so I said ok nevermind to which she ignored and I...

We went today at 12pm just leaving at 1:12 pm only people in the place. A and and they managed to mess up a whole meal . the lady asked us 5 times about what we ordered . it was all simple she wrote it down but incorrect. My self ordered the lunch special they always run. I'm vegetarian I said up front. I ordered vegetarian soup ... Spring rolls instead of the all meat app. And veggie woman... Guess what I got ....... Meat roll... All meat app. And the veggie lomain noodles wernt cooked . my husband ordered spare ribs . wernt cooked well and beef tariaki sticks (husband said those were good ) and my son was white rice and spring rolls. The spring rolls were gross my 5 year old wouldnt eat them and today we went to go celebrate his 5th birthday . and the duck sauce was a water sauce . she never came back to check on us. My husband was waiting for water Refill. As he was done his stuff before I even recived mine .. ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK . walls were gross and things had never been cleaned . it was cold to no heating . and worst part paid $40 to go to another place to celebrate with my son. They never apologized or tried...

I ordered from them with the hopes that their food would be halfway decent and edible but that did not happen. I ordered an order of shrimp fried rice and a pupu platter and the shrimp fried rice was bad.. the rice was very stiff and hard and the shrimp was mush.. I put a shrimp in my mouth and it basically disintegrated . I called them to find out what was wrong with my food because I’m concerned that the shrimp or the rice is going to make me sick and was gas lit and told it was ok. The kicker here is that I also have pork fried rice that was included in my pupu platter and that I can tell is freshly made and the rice has a normal mouth feel. They offered to replace the food or to give me a discount next time but I don’t plan on going back and would have preferred a refund considering I do not get to eat what I paid for: Anyways I am still concerned about food poisoning and don’t know why I am giving them two stars...
