Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bryan

Food from Jack in the box is so bad, but my husband is hooked on yalls curly fries. It loke the only rhjnf worth going for. Yalls burgers are so greasey, and yall are really super heavy on the sauses ,which there is always so much of on everything, for yall flavors so everything taste of cheese grease and mayo. Yalls soda are always lacking in one thing or the other they are either flat or lacking in syurp and taste of soda water. For the most part, yalls in side service take forever, and they are always distracted with drive-thru. It's annoying. But up until my last visit, i hadn't realized that there were only 3 ppl working in the store, at least this time, i wish i had caught this girls name cuz she was rocking it,there were 2ppl cooming and this poor girl was runnjng drive thru and inside alone, she was bagging and taking orders alone, i wanted to get behind the counter and help her ive been there and it sucks, i hated the company for letting that happen i was mad for her. I should have realized the first 3 times I came through for food that they were terrible. I used to love jack in the box in San Antonio, but the one here in Texas/villa maria is absolutely terrible. When I ordered in person, they had terrible customer service and would often times say they were out of many items. I ordered via DoorDash this time and received a burger that seemed as though it’s sad out for a couple hours, fries that tasted/felt as though they were made 5 or 6 hours before (I’ve saved fries from places in the past, and they tasted the same), as well as stuffed jalapeños that tasted old as everything as well. If I’m spending money on food, please give me atleast mediocre food instead of absolutely poor food. I don’t expect much from fast food restaurants, but this was flat out terrible. Old review: Food came out perfect and service was great. Victor was super nice and all of the employees seemed to get along well and enjoy their jobs. They are always friendly even when it is busy

12/27/19 Super disappointed with the drive through service tonight. We were the only ones in line. We tried to ask for sauce but the guy working just closed the doors on us. The other employees had to tell him that we were waving to get his attention and he was pretty curt for the entire transaction. Our coke was spilled all over the cup and got all over us and the car, we didnt get a straw, didnt put cheese on my sandwich as requested, and didnt give us our curly fries. Dude, we have to pay extra for those, its a bummer to get home and dont have part of your food and cant drink your drink. The day staff is usually wonderful but our first time coming in the evening...
