Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Bryan

I don't normally write reviews but, this is an exception! I ordered online delivery, and apparently delivery for this Marcos, ends at 11:30, and I missed that (my typical self 🙃), so I called and told them that I didn't have a way out there to get it, and then decided that I could probably walk down, and get my son's car, to drive out there. The man on the phone was SUPER nice, and he made the choice to find someone to bring it to me, so that I didn't have to try and get out there. Then, the guy that delivered it, was SUPER nice, as well. I did leave a tip from my card, but this is one of those moments where I wish I had had, cash on hand, to give him another tip! I work in a restaurant, and I know how frustrating these types of situations can be, but I was treated with respect and ultimate kindness, which makes me want to go above and beyond for our own customers. Thank you so much, you guys. I appreciate you 😊...

I guess it depends on what day you order for your food to be good. The last 3 times we ordered it was very gross and we called to talk to the manager and he was very rude if he was even the manager. We just asked why one time we order it is good and the other 3 times we had ordered it was gross like the food was spoiled or something. He said he doesn't believe us, and that his sales are through the roof and he doesn't have time to play games. I just said I asked a simple question, obviously they have a small percentage of their staff that cares and does the job right, and on the other days well you get bad food. That stinks, because we really love the Marcos Brand, I guess we will have to try the montpelier one...

This was my first time trying Marcos pizza...I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom extra large 16" pie with the standard crust and it was very good..plenty of sauce that was tangy generous amount of mushrooms, burnt pepperoni edges that added more flavor plus I liked their 3 cheese blend..the staff was friendly and they handed me my hot pie in 20 min...it was a really good pizza. It's a better tasting pizza than donatoes...if you have not tried a Marcos pizza I recommend you do try it, if you do I think you will agree you will taste a better pizza. Marcos is my new place for pizza when visiting...
