We sat in the drivethru closest to the building this afternoon for over 10 mins. There was nobody in front of us and nobody in the outside drive-thru lane. Finally a car did pull up in the out side lane and was waited on right away. As soon as they pulled around another car pulled up and they were waited on right away and we stilled waited. I finally said hello, anybody there? And a guy asked me to wait. I said no, I have been here way over 10/15 mins already. He said I had to wait, I left. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told I was talking to one. I told her what happened and she said mine was not the only complaint about this, they have had several but there is nothing she can do about since they are so short staffed. I said you will lose customers if it keeps happening but she said they hadn't lost any yet I said you have now. This is not the first time this has happened and I am sure it won't be the last. My question, if the other lane is getting people thru then why is the one closest to the building not moving at all. She said because the person taking orders can only do one lane, the one he is assigned too. Then close the lane you aren't taking orders in. She said they can't. You have to wait until the employee assigned to that lane is available to take orders. They are short employees and the one taking orders has to help at the window where you pay. What help do they need at the window if only 2 cars went thru in...
Read moreOrdered drive thru around 10pm. Spent around $50. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders, 5 fries, 20 Nuggets, McCracken, Mcflurry, 2 chocolate shakes. Ice cream was good and that's it. Both dqpounders were still raw inside, fries were cold, McChicken and Nuggets looked like they had been sitting for awhile. I went back lobby was locked so I went thru drive thru again told them our sandwiches weren't cooked and the rest of the order wasn't very good either. (Not a big deal except the dqp) manager got on the speaker said there was no way i didnt get my order told him correct as that wasnt the case it just wasnt good and sandwhiches werent edible after a few minutes of arguing with me said he would remake only those and to pull up. The lady at the 2nd window ripped the receipt out of my hand shoved it back at me and told me to go forward and park. A few minutes pass the manager brings the bag out with the 2 sandwhiches and proceeded to apologize and then tells me that for quarter pounders the grill doesn't like to cook them all the way thru especially in a hurry and he was aware of the problem, prior to my complaint. Also informed me that there was no way the fries could be cold since he parked us because he was waiting on the fries to cook, it was our fault they were cold for not eating them immediately. Very annoying disappointing interaction and food wasn't worth the price we paid for...
Read moreThis place is NOT trailer or customer friendly!! It will be the last time I go to this location. Manager on the Sunday morning of 6/30/2019 was unbelievably rude. I don't generally leave reviews but I'm going to this time. Some friends and I were on our way to a horse show, we arrived trailer in tow to McDonald's around 7:30 in the morning. We pulled into a very empty parking lot with the intentions of running in to grab food and head out. After all of us exiting the truck, a man opened up the window and VERY rudely said "There is no trailer parking in this parking lot, you're going to have to go somewhere else." Upon saying that he must have realized he had just lost customers since he then proceeded tell me to "park in the walmart parking lot and just walk back". I however made sure to let him know that "we would be getting food across the street at Burger King, they have better food and friendlier service anyways." Now I could have understood if they were packed, but they had maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. So we did go to Burger King which has super friendly service, and who always show respect for the animals in the trailer! Often times I'm offered a pack of apples from them to five to the horses! So if you're hauling any type of trailer boycott Bryan Mcdonalds! You're doing...
