Life is about choices I chose McDonald'sOver Whataburger I was disrespected,My food was contaminated, and afterI got homeThe food was disgusting After getting off of workFor 24 hours My husband and IDecided to grab some food on our way home. The young ladyThat took our order in Drive through Was very helpful. She even saved me some money. After receiving our sandwiches and dinks we was toldTo drive to the last window to receive the rest of the order. I would like to let you know that everything was just fine until we got to the last window. My order came up to be $41.63. we was asked what kind of dipping sauce that we wanted when we placed our order. However at the last window after receiving our last bag we had no condiments at all. My husband asked (who we now know is the manager )Miss Tina if we could get some sweet and sour sauce. With an irritated tone she responded very nasty like did you not ask for dipping sauce when you place your order. My husband then asked are we not able to get the sweet and sour sauce. She said the only sauce that we was eligible to receive was whatever we asked for when we place the order. He then tried to explain that we did not have any condiments in our bag. She then said if we ask for it then it's in your bag. She ask for the bag that she just gave us. My husband gave her the bag she reached in our bag touching our food pull out the fries which end up touching the wall in the Drive-Thru window contaminating our fries. Looking for sauces that was never given to us. Why telling us that we need to pay for a sweet and sour if that's what we want.I yelled to my husband to look at what she's doing and to get our money back. Her response was I'm not doing anything wrong.
At this point I was so upset I could not believe that she was treating us this way after paying 41.63. we wasn't rude or disrespectful. Working customer service is not an easy job. And I would never want to add extra stress on an essential worker at 3:00 in the morning. All was asked was could we get some sweet and sour sauce. We would have paid for it she could have switched out the sauces that we asked for and never received anything but arguing and fighting and drive through with a line of customers. I feel embarrassed that I allow myself to get so upset. When I yelled out the car when she was arguing with my husband for management. She addressed me and said that she was management. I couldn't believe that. But that was my reality. I was literally in the Drive-Thru of McDonald's being disrespected by a member of management. Over sweet and sour sauce that I was willing to pay for.. I always tell my kids in life in order to be a great leader you must be a great follower. Times is hard for all of us. I chose to go to McDonald's to save a little money. I could have went next door to Whataburger paid a little more and would have never been treated this way by a member...
Read moreIf I could leave negative stars I would give -1000. This is by far the number one worst McDonald's in the history of franchises. After being charged on the app, I waited 16 min in the drive though line. Thus backing up every other customer. I was denied my order, even though it had been taken from my account. After this wait, the manager finally stepped in, only to made a horrid experience that much worse. His people skills are bested by a walrus with a tooth infection. I'm sorry if the app your employer/name brand created & trained you how to handle, is to difficult for you and most of your staff to handle. Maybe you should step down and let the 17 year old behind the register take over, she might have done better than the 6 other employees I had to deal with over one order, that was paid for, and never provided. Oh, yeah it got canceled from their end after I had already left and called to state my complaint on their toll fee hot line. I have never been treated with such unprofessional, condescending disrespect. The manager should be demoted, the other 6 who were no more than clueless trash talking sheep ( yes I heard you through the drive through, you left your microphone on) should be fired, rehired, and retrained & the young lady who understood my frustration should be the new manager and hear of customer relations. I'm do disappointed. I'm not a "Karen" nor do I want to be, but this malarkey has to be addressed. Never again will I drop a penny at this location. And I advise anyone and everyone to...
