Very disappointed with this place! The server could give a rip, when asked what was good his response was “I don’t know I don’t eat here” just had a stink attitude. I was told there was no artificial sweetener for my unsweetened tea he told me they don’t have any. I got the hostess and she got me some for my tea. Served us our drinks in disposable cups while everyone else’s drinks were in reusable cups. I ordered the bbq plate there was a good serving but it was cold and tasteless. The coleslaw served was old and drown discolored . When it was served I said this is cold, the server did not offer to heat it up he just looked at me and walked away. The Chicken Nachos were served cold. The chicken sandwich had 2 small chicken strips and was $16.00 see picture. The kids meal had 3 chicken strips and a heaping serving of French fries for $6.00. The server was asked the difference between the quesadilla on the special board for $15 versus the one on the menu for $9 he told us that there was no difference and they only serve one Quesadilla. My daughter had to get up and take an empty cup to server and ask for refill on sweet tea. Server told us there was no more. (Manager did comp for us after we asked them to). We came in an hour + before closing so not sure why there was no tea. My grandson got up and had to refill his own drink at the soda machine and had to get up and get our own to go boxes & bag. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. $130 dollars, including the tip that was extremely hard to leave. The service and food was very disappointing and way over priced. This is one place we will not return to...

Stopped in for dinner and a beer after exploring the town. We were greeted by the hostess and shown an outdoor seat. After about 30 min and no wait staff came by we felt chilled and wanted to move inside. After being inside it took a while before a wait staff person came by. The table of four next to us came, ate, drank, and went before we saw a server. When a server did come by she took our app and beer order. The inside has an open kitchen so we could see everything going on in the kitchen which is kind of entertaining including the guy vaping. Wait, what? You can’t smoke in the place but you can vape in the kitchen? Anyhow, back to the review. We received our app in a timely fashion, but no beer. I asked the runner about the beer and the ask fell on deaf ears. 3/4 of the way through the app. Another person came up and asked if I ordered the beer, then told me they were out of the requested flavor. Here I thought this was a brewery. How can they run out of beer. She offered a different beer and I agreed. 15min later I was asked by yet another person if I ordered a beer. Then we found out that our app that came out 1st was for another table. I’m starting to ask myself who is orchestrating this clown show. We did finally eat and drink. If you’re in a rush you might want to think twice. The food and drink...

I wanted to take my husband who is a huge beer fan, out for lunch for Father's Day so we figured we would try this place. We arrived about 2:00 pm and sat inside. No one greeted us or showed us to a table so we sat at a empty table and a waitress came over with menus. After looking over the menus my husband realized there were no beers brewed at the brewery (only outside beers). The waitress said they don’t have their beers on tap yet but should have them by July 4th. We ordered the jalapeno poppers with bacon for an appetizer and a burger and fries to share. It took a half hour to get our food and we got the burger, but no Jalapeno poppers. The waitress never came over to check on us and we had to get her attention to get ketchup and an extra plate. She told us the kitchen lost the slip for the appetizers and they should be out soon. We ate our burger and fries (which was pretty good) and were finished and still no appetizers. We told the waitress to forget them and give us our bill. Before we left, I used the restroom and went into 4 different stalls and not one had toilet paper in them. This place really needs to work out some of the kinks before we would ever go back. Take a drive to Sylva and go to Balsam Falls Brewing Company, we were there last week. AMAZING food, beers...

✨1 Day Bryson City Itinerary✨ Save for your Great Smoky Mtns Trip ⬇️ 1. Alum Cave Trail 2. Breakfast @ Everett Street Diner 3. Deep Creek Trail 4. Lunch/Shopping @ BC Outdoors 5. Afternoon relaxation 6. Dinner @ The Rice Wagon 7. Soco Falls 8.
