Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Buena Park

This was possibly the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life.We had a table of 7 for my daughter's 15th birthday and we were told they would place us in the middle somewhere but instead sat us next to the glass window wall pretty much secluded but no big deal, the restaurant and tv's were nice. As we are being seated I pulled the waitress to the side and informed her that it's my daughters birthday and can you bring out your birthday special you know where the staff comes out with a sundae or something and sings happy birthday. She replied I'm new just started here 3 days ago, I don't know if we do that, let me find out. 10 mins later I followed up after no response and she stated she's still waiting to find out and she will let me know. We sit down and order, the food in served to us with zero utensils and without the sides, for example we got wings but are fries weren't ready, of we ordered combos, shouldn't they have been served together? The waitress then informed us that she was going on break soon, she told us this 3 times within the next 10 mins. When the waitress went on break, so did our service. It was 4 staff members at the front desk the entire time we were there and we didn't get any service while the waitress was on break, not one refill of anything including water. I then approached the front desk and asked them what's the hold up on the birthday, the manager stated the waitress was on break and she was working on it. The waitress came back about 30 mins later and by that time we were ready to go. As we requested the check split 3 ways I then again approached the front desk asking what's going on and why haven't anyone come, they said the waitress is coming out now with it, the waitress placed a piece of chocolate cake and ice cream on the table without saying anything and walked away, not even a happy birthday. We paid the bill and left without tipping because of the experience. The next day my card was charged an addition 25$, when I called to inquire I was told they charged us for the birthday cake which they never mentioned or applied to our bill while we were there and charged us for an additional chicken sandwich meal. Not only was out experience horrible but continued to the next day when they double charged our account. Spoke to the manager Jeff the next day and he offered us store credit which was a joke because it's $25 and why om Earth would in return there but eventually agreed to a refund just for the additional charges of 25$. Thank you buffalo wild wings for the worst restaurant...

I tried to not do a review but it had to happen. Before we begin. I work in Pasadena CA & live in Fullerton CA near Cal State Fullerton. Buffalo Wild Wings you have done horrible tonight. All has to start with Management. It is Management's responsibility to ensure proper training & processes are put into play. My table of 2 along with 7 other tables had their food delayed from the kitchen. Not sure what was going on in the back but it was very very time consuming. Eventually ALL of our food came out at the exact same time. With that said let's dive into the issues I had experienced. Our waiter was not there. You can tell he was under a lot of stress. Coming from the automotive industry as a Service Director stress can & will harm your thinking. This waiter was not ready to handle such situations at the time. No attentiveness whatsoever. No customer service was found. Even after all of the issues not even 1 apology. I had requested an additional item on my burger & it was not found. Since the waiter was under stress & nowhere to be found I asked for additional assistance from a waitress. No help was found either. Eventually my waiter came & got my additional item from the kitchen. The waitress seemed more concerned about her own guests vs helping all guests. This is where teamwork comes into play. After all of this I paid my $97 & I used my BWW Rewards to cover some of this which brought it down to $80. Even with the horrible service I left a $5 tip. I did not get an apology from anyone during the end of my visit. I decided to stick around for a bit & wait for my waiter to come around so I could talk to the Manager about my experience. Waited for X amount of time & left. It was not worth my time. You can verify this visit by looking at the cameras there . I was right by the entrance wearing a Black Porsche shirt. Santi was my waiter & the waitress had tattoos, pierced bottom lip with blonde streaks in her hair. I apologize for this review but it had to be done. Your establishment is worth something. Don't let this continue to happen to other guests...

I go to this place regularly to watch NFL games on Sunday. Generally things are mediocre but okay. This Sunday I had one of the worst experiences. The main dining room was almost empty, except for a couple of tables. We wanted to sit in the main room instead of the bar as my wife's back hurts sitting at the high tables in the bar area. We were told that it's a 15 minute wait even though the room was largely empty. I get that though, it's generally a staffing issue. We waited and finally got called. We were given a booth in the corner and I couldn't see any of the TVs from the booth. I told them that doesn't work as I want to watch the games. They grudgingly changed my seat to the other corner by the bathroom, same problem, can't see any of the TVs. I was told the middle section was closed. So no convenient way to watch TVs in a sports bar. I had invited a couple of other people to come with me so I had no option but to suck it and sit by the bathroom table. Five minutes later, someone else got seated in the section I was told was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and this lady was special idiot. She told me, oh yes we only assign servers by table, so we can't seat you in that area. I asked, what about those people. She said, oh they needed a high chair. I asked, so your server can't serve two tables over so a customer can have a desired seat. She said no, anything else or anywhere else you want to sit. I would have walked right out, but couldn't as I had invited others to come to this place. Our server was nice,but they were out of more than half the beers we wanted. Honestly, I felt like I had a very poor and devalued customer experience. The place was generally empty and this is one more customer that won't be coming back. Oh well, the search for a new place to watch sports begins....
