Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Buena Park

I come to this one all the time!! Never had a problem until today! The two dark haired Asian girls working today. 3/24 at 11:20 am. I asked them what happened to the paper cups cause I know their sizes are different then the plastic cups. They said they switched them all to the plastic and I said ok so is it the same sizes as the plastic now? And they said well they have a few left of paper cups. And I POINTED to the plastic cup on display and said I want this in an ever green. They gave me this big gigantic cup in the paper cup! I wanted a smaller size! That's why I asked what I asked and that's why I pointed to the cup!!! Hello!!! So I told them I didn't want that I wanted a smaller size. So they pour it in the displayed cup I asked for l. Still too big.. so I ask them is this the size on the display they just looked at me... then continued to talk to each other... and I said hello? Yes or no? Rude!!!!!!! this is why I asked what happened to the paper cups cause I get the same drink everyday and it comes in the paper cup and it's the perfect size for me. So I said no I need smaller still and they go well you paid for a large and I said whatever I don't care I just can't drink all of this. So they pour it into a smaller cup smaller then what I usually get... I gave up. I took my drink. Told them to keep the extra money I paid for the gigantic drink as a tip which they DID NOT DESERVE! And left... I'm gonna be contacting their manager... the girl that usually works her name is chelsea and she is great!! She gets 5 stars but since this happened I will no longer be coming to this location. These two immature little girls ruined my...

Unbelievably bad service . I placed my order at 12:41 on my 30 minute lunch it became 1:20 and I requested a refund because they still hadn't even begun to do my order. I was genuinely patient because I could see they were short staffed only 2 people working but what upset me was that they showed no compassion even after I asked for a status of my order and explained to them that I was way past the 30 minute lunch I have they didn't care at all that a freaking bowl was taking 45 minutes no apology at all nothing. I'm sorry I am very patient but this was horrible service. If a family of 4 orders the same drink they should make all 4 orders at once but I found it so redundant that they did literally one drink at a time e en though they were all the same drink!!!!

Extremely upset when I asked for the refund they couldn't even put it back in my card they gave me cash. I paid card why would I want cash I'm trying to avoid touching all this money that everyone touches that's the reason I pay card to begin with. So...

After my workout, I often stop by this juice bar to rejuvenate. The customer service is excellent, and the smoothies are quite tasty. However, I have noticed a concerning issue with that needs to be addressed to management. It appears that the girls working there are frequently left alone, which poses a safety risk. A few nites ago, I witnessed this ONCE AGAIN - with a line of customers putting undue stress on a single worker. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over the well-being of their employees. I strongly believe that workers should not be left to work alone...
