This facility allowed a homeless lady to come in and harass the PAYING customers. This lady was inside demanding men to pay for her coffee. I witnessed several men say no and one particular man kept telling the lady to leave him alone while he was waiting in line. This went on for about 10-15 mins with this lady. When that man reached the cashier, he was asked by an EMPLOYEE if everything was ok, since she had been SEEING the interaction between this woman and others. He explained to the employee the situation and the employee just said “oh” not in a concerning way, not in a way where she was going to take action regarding this transient. She just shrugged it off. It wasn’t until this lady stated “if no one is going to help me out, I’m going to ruin everyone’s day” then proceeds to put her FINGERS in the drinks that were on the counter ready for the PAYING CUSTOMERS to pick up!!!! THAT was when the employee said no you can’t do that and then stated she would call the police. NOT ONCE DID THEY KICK THIS LADY OUT! This lady exited on her own free will! This is absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees as they saw this lady being a nuisance to their customers and still allowed her to harass the customers to the point where she decided to violate orders made. This could have been avoided if the employee would have kicked this lady out when they were informed about it. ONE OF THOSE DRINKS...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I would come here at least once a week while I am working. I know longer drink dairy, and I can not stand the taste of soy. I now drink BULLETPROOF COFFEE (hot coffee and butter blended) it's great! I have been to several stores and not had an issue with ordering this. I have even gone as far as calling the corporate # and putting a request in. which lead me in to asking them if that was something stores would be able to do for me, if I requested it. I was told it was not a problem as long as I was not bringing it to them, it has to be an item the store carries. so with that being said., I walked in waited in line and asked for my coffee. The woman chuckled (shorter asain) and said butter in ur coffee? looked around a couple times and said "no I DONT THINK" we can put butter in our blenders". I told her other stores have done it, she proceeded with, sorry I DONT THINK we can do that... really, u don't think? I'm upset at the fact she didn't bother to ask anyone it was just a "no don't think I can". really disappointed in starbucks at that point. I said I would go to another starbucks and see if they were willing. and of course I went down the street to the one in the starter bros parking lot and they were able to help me... to lady that "Doesn't think" maybe u...
Read moreOk... Bad news for Starbucks! I was so offended! I'm at the Starbucks near my work several times a week. But today, on my way to purchase my regular drink, I couldn't get the mobile order to work. I only have a few minutes on my break from work and if I order it in on my way it's ready when I get there and I pick it up and get back to work without any problems. However when I try to place my mobile order today it wasn't working so I went to Starbucks to place my order and get my drink when I asked why can't I get my mobile order to work? The baristas smug response was, ,"...we had to turn off the mobile ordering because we're too busy!" WHAT?!?! Now I've seen it busier there with longer lines inside and at the drive thru, but How can any business snub their noses at their established clientele, those who use the mobile order app, by disabling them? I was so upset and offended that my business ment nothing to them that I didn't give them the business! I cancelled my order and drank water. No harm. I'll be back, but if the mobile order is off, I'll get a juice somewhere else! I guess they need to train their "baristas" to be quicker and more efficient...
