Consistently good quality food. Speed with service lacking somewhat, but I have worked for the company before many years ago, and I understand their process.. I have never dined in there, only utilized the drive-thru, so not sure about atmosphere, cleanliness, etc. inside. I have only had one negative experience in my 5 (so far) visits there... Woman in drive-thru could not comprehend my order for some reason, and just kept talking over me to the point that I chose to pull around and went inside to further investigate the source of the problem. Came to learn that it was a shift manager taking the order and heard some colorful language (not necessarily directed toward me) from her when I first walked in, so that was disappointing, enough that I decided not to give them my business that day. I didn't even say anything at that point, just walked out kind of bewildered... However, the rest of my visits have been the polar opposite, with one lady in particular in drive-thru always displaying outstanding customer service skills. Wish I knew her name, but far too often a good employee like that is difficult to keep around due to the unimpressive atmosphere and meager wage generally afforded by the service industry environment! Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but this visit to Arby’s was disappointing enough that I feel like people should know. I will say, I’ve never had bad food at this Arbys. I’ve always been please with the quality that I receive. Unfortunately, the customer service this time around was not good. Anna working the order speaker and window was incredibly unpleasant. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple question about my order, she responded with clear irritation, like I was bothering her just by being there. Her tone was rude, and she handed me my drinks without saying a single word, and a clear attitude.
I understand everyone has off days, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience.

Called was told I could come back up and was told I lived 20 minutes away. Then was told I get two free meals the next time I can. Said that's not right I already paided for the food. Asked to have the money creidted back, was told I would have drive back up to get credit, also was told it was a busy day and sorry that they couldn't make me happy and was hung up on.
