I have always ordered from Domino's pizza in Buffalo and have never had the worst experience in my life as I did tonight. When I ordered my delivery order I found I was having more company so I made a second order using their app. I called to verify they had received both orders using their app the person I spoke with said I had one for delivery and 1 for pick. I said whoops I made a mistake they should be both for delivery. The young girl said let me place you on hold and asked my manager. 5 minutes went by, Then the manager picked up the phone and rudely said "sir I cannot change your order it is in the oven!". I said no problem I just want to change the status then she as I was speaking interrupted me and again said sir I cannot change your order. I felt she was not listening to me every time she interrupted in not let me finish my sentence I wanted to simply change the status for both for delivery. The 3rd time she interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my sentence letting her know that's OK I will take them both for delivery and pay the difference She interrupted me and said I will send your order and cancel the one this time and then she hung Up the phone on me. I immediately called back and told her she has the worst customer service skills and this is coming from a customer service manager myself. She then said I will cancel both of your orders sir good day and then hung up on me a second time. The manager on duty Jenna as she identified herself. Which I don't know to be true is by far the worst manager. When I called the 3rd time to get the name of the district manager she answered the phone and said sir I can refuse business to a one and then hung the phone up on me. She will never receive another order from me as long as Jenna as she stated is the manager works for the Domino's pizza in Buffalo. The worst!!! customer service experience I've ever had. About half the time, we have at least one topping missing. Calling to request a fix just gets us an "uh, sorry?" Well, tonight was my final frustration. We attempted to order pizzas for the kids from the app, and as we were across the street swimming, we chose the pick up rather than delivery option. The app didn't work. It froze multiple times at the final screen. We went into the store and they could not help us because the coupon we were using was "online only" even though the error prompted us to go into the store. They offered us another deal that was significantly more expensive and shrugged their shoulders rather than attempting to resolve the issue. The automated voice told me the 40 some dollars and I went with my previous order order I got then I said the last time I ordered the same thing it was 37 dollars. Then the computer said ,let me check the specials and the and the price went down 3 dollars to the same price I paid the last time! Then a person called me and card the price was going up 75 cents for ranch dressing for the wings which was included with the wing order! I believe corvette is trying to skim off the top of stores!
