If only you could give more than 5 stars…
Jim’s has been there for me at 11 am, 5 pm, 3 am - and just about any time in between. In inebriation, sobriety, or somewhere in the middle - Jim’s doesn’t judge… they just provide the BEST food, every single time.
Jim’s on Chippewa has been a go-to for about 20 years, and the service is still incredible - and food is hot and fresh. The 12” Chicken Finger Sub (and sometimes the Stinger) is generally my go to, and if you’re not the biggest blue cheese fan, feel free to sub for mayo. Everything is made to order, and it’s great value for the price. Their weekly sub deal is also a great choice for a lower price point.

I operate a cheesesteak franchise in another state and wanted to try it out. Like a typical tourist I ordered online from the wrong location. Aaron and the other 2 staff members took care of me with no issues. It was a fairly large order and they rushed to make it no questions. Aaron even took it upon himself to help get the refund process going as the other location just gave me a corporate number to call. Customer service is so important anymore and should be recognized more often. Thank you for the friendly service...
Read moreWe came here since it was close to the hotel late at night. It’s amazing that they have two people working here at night. You have two people working and trying to service 40 people.
They take two orders at a time and then cook the order, then take two more orders. The place is so packed and there is no order to the place. They take orders from people who just came in vs people who have been waiting.
If you are gonna take orders from friends, try to be Do it on the side vs ignoring people who have been waiting and go out of your way to take ur friends order.
Go somewhere else...
