Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Just tried to place an order at the bullhead store: I was asked to hold and as I was placed on hold the phone would hang up. I called back each time a total of three times. Chris the manager picked up on the third call back and asked me to hold. I mentioned to him the phone keeps hanging up without putting me on hold. He said he would get to me but calling right back was not going to help me! I was confused by this comment so I asked him why would I not call back if the phone keeps hanging up. He said they were having phone issues and calling right back was not going to help me. So am I supposed to know this? What is the protocol? When confronting Chris about this situation he seemed as if it was my problem and kept talking over me. I asked if he was the manger for today and he said yes. I did place my order and told him you should probably see what the problem is before you make a comment. Needs more training in customer service! I would never talk to a customer like he did. Not New York Pizza, let's start with the obvious fact that nobody associated with Domino's Pizza has ever been back East nor have they ever eaten a new york pizza, if they had they would know we call it a pie, they use preformed crust, not hand tossed like new york where we like a little burn on the flat crust bottom, also back east we use plenty of real cheese, here was more sauce than cheese, all they did was flavor a sauce with maybe some italian seasoning and call it a New York Pizza, being from New York and eating countless real New York Pies I'm offended by the fact that Domino's promotes this as if they know what a New York Pie tastes like, one look and you know it's not New York, one bite and you too will feel the same if you have ever eaten a real one, this is not even remotely close, I gave two stars for fast service and the fact that it's not a bad Arizona Pizza but definitely not worth the inflated price you will pay under the misconception that you are getting something equal to a...

Last night I tried to order and it said store closed at midnight instead of the regular 2 am weekend hours. My wife was supposed to pick it up on her way home. Her phone was dead and I could not call her to let her know the online order site said closed. When she got there the store was not closed they just shut down online ordering. I was told today they shutdown online orders early whenever they have the 50% off any pizza online only deal.That is grade A bull crap Offer a online special and shut down online ordering so no one can order the special. At least they did not shut down their online order at midnight today because they excepted my carryout at 12:01.Honestly this is not the first time they shut down online ordering while open, this has happened to me in the past and if there was any other pizza place open this late they would start getting my business.The only reason they did not get 1 star is we love the Brooklyn style crust.But I am very disappointed...
