Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bullhead City

We waited in line I the drive through for 45 minutes and then they couldn't find our order. There were cars behind us that were getting their drinks delivered. We repeated our order several more times for them to tell us they couldn't figure it out. They didn't offer us a discount, only apologized that they lost some orders. Needless to say we were not happy. When we ask for a refund they found our order right away to give us our money back. I understand that things go wrong but the manner in which the manager handled the situation made me not want to ever go back to this location again.

Just want to add that the girls taking our order were very cheery and polite. That was the only positive part...

Overpriced coffee just like all the others except this one is extra annoying, while you wait for your drinks the employees are constantly speaking to you, asking all sorts of questions and it does not end until you pull away, so to those employees, keep in mind while your already over jacked on coffee we are still waiting for ours and the last thing we want is to be interrogated on where we are heading, how our day was, or anything else for that matter, just take the order, walk away, and come back with the drinks, that's it, if it was like that I likely would have continued to pay the high price for the convenience but my god could you guys even possibly be any...

I love this place but my last three visits my drink was messed up and when I asked about it they either try and tell me I didn't specify when i ordered. I always get a Iced rebel (I always change what one I get) with boba. Obviously the boba cost extra. The last time (yesterday) I got the fire popping boba rebel. I get to the windows. They hand me my drink and I asked where the boba was and I w a d told I had to specify that I wanted that. The other 2 times I was told they were out. So the last set three times I went they messed up my drink and gave an attitude when confronted about it. Very disappointed. Told my wife I won't go there...
