First time here but every time we go to Yogurtland next door, we always see a massive line for this place. We had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner and decided to try this boba spot. Of course there was a line but even better is all the parking available. The place was super clean and the place had a line going out the door. We were the first to wait outside. Checked the time and it was close to 9! More people were packing up the place in less than five minutes!
The great thing about this visit was the staff. They had it down. From the time you walk in, to the time you leave, everything was under control and the staff was totally in the weeds. They were flooded with orders and just pumping them out just as fast as they were coming in. The staff was always all smiles and super friendly even though we were packed like sardines and people would just order, wait a few minutes and out the door. Families were coming in, too. Wow, like I said, this place was packed and the staff remained cool, friendly and just worked well together to get all the orders out.
The other delicious treats they have are so delicious. That was the best cupcake I've ever had. Nice, moist and tasted homemade. The Red Velvet cupcake frosting wasn't too sweet and had just the perfect amount of frosting on it. I want to try those macaroons. Not sure what those are but their display of them looks enticing enough to order one of each.
We had the Red Bean Shaved Ice and the Fruit Salad Shaved Ice in which both had shaved ice, bananas, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries mango, boba and vanilla ice cream. The Red Bean has all of that plus condensed milk, red beans and jellied coconut. Very similar to the Filipino version called "halo- halo" you can get at a Jollibee. The Fruit Salad Shaved ice was the base of what was explained above - all the fruit listed also with boba and a scoop of vanilla ice cream! We accidentally bought the bowls and had no idea how huge the bowls are!! What the heck!! We'll definitely be back again to try the other types of drinks and bowls, cheesecakes, macaroons and such!!! Too many awesome things to pick from and it's all fairly priced!...

-- but they make a very good, nothing super fancy just fruit tasty acai bowl for decent price (order direct, if through uber, post, doord, etc. it can be twice as much around 18 dollars at any acai bowl making place -- you've been warned).
Always a small line so plan 10 minutes to order and get. All wait is due to popularity, as staff are very prompt -- just don't expect a 2 minute stop. However, if you are the need for speed crank in my coffee money is time & I ain't got no watch type, then just cut that line, explain to them in three words how urgent it is (I like "bomb boom soon!" while erratically pointing to myself or preferably someone in line behind me that's talking on their cell phone with the speaker on), then ask them to shovel fruit slurry in your hands or mouth or other orifice as you lean attachedappendage over the countertop while sliding across your back like a clumsy penguin on an ice shelf (ya filthy animal) & finally maybe slow down them horses a tidbit because you can't be in that much of a rush (why would you have ordered a bowl and why not a shake served in a tshirt cannon?) -- or better yet, call it in ahead for pickup and you can hop in and out, like the wiiiiiiind...(I should've led with that option, I think).
Also have lots of crepe pie slices that I'm not a fan of so gotta ask some other crepe than me; but if I was, they are pretty tasty and pretty to look at, too (whatever else you do with them is your biz; please no review explaining); plus they have a small musuem behind glass of lots of colorful circular thingies that resemble two Smurf frisbees that have been excessively glued together & that I was told were named colloquially after their creator, Sir"Mac R. Runes"? Guess they're for the Stone Henge types - I'm not one to judge --
--so in conclusion:
Me recommendadends tasty Acai (not icy) cup o' fruities.

Read moreToday was the WORST experience I EVER had at Boba Time. I was sitting and waiting 20-25 minutes for 1 smoothie, while everyone else, those after me, got their orders. After I went up to ask where my drink was to 2 people, I finally got my drink. Here's the kicker though. The short chubby green haired looking female (?) Almost slamming my drink on the counter, and gave me a disgusted angry look. There was no apology for the wait or anything like it. Most likely if this happens again, I will go someplace else. 🚫👎🙅 If you want friendly and fast service, I would not always put my best at this location near ups and family...
