4/18/2023 - today my bf who was wearing glasses at 3:46pm opt to order take out by calling the store but the phone is always turned off. L&L used to be so good last year 8 months ago. the store was slow it was not busy, there was no one inside when i walked in to order, i mean i understand if the store is busy and you can't pick up the phone, the girl in the front was playing on her own phone but did not bother to pick up the phone at this business. if you have to give me sassy look when your working in customer service you should not work in customer service.

5/19 / 2023 at around 8:30PM, I decided i wanted to make a take out order through the phone, i called the store at around 8:30pm, i was wearing a strip shirt with a sanrio design, instead when i called the store it said your "call can't be completed", i thought this L&L closed at 9PM, online it does not say the exact time, i got to the store the girl in the front was sassy, it wasn't busy either.

6/1/2023 during 2:15 ish time, my sister came by she was wearing a blue shirt with a yellow cap earlier today with her kids and they wanted to dine in, the guy in the front i think he was the manager, i'm not sure if he is the manager or not , she brought the kids and they wanted to dine they order some bbq meats with rice, instead of waiting for our order we wanted to make a phone call order so the food is fresh when we get there, we did not know if this place was open or not because when we called the store phone number the phone rang on our end and it just said "your call can't be completed", kind of a hassle if customers can't make a phone order or have a question on a order, or if this establishment is open or not, i even tried to call the store after i got my order and the phone did not ring...

So I recently called these guys up and made a crazy order. We are talking 70 dollars worth of different sides…and chicken Katsu for the kids. I called right smack in the middle of dinner rush and do you know what they said on the phone!. They said,”Hey thank you for the order sir, it will be less than 15 minutes. What the name for the order”. No attitude about my crazy irder or anything, just polite. So I show up 12 minutes later and they are just bagging it up. I paid what I was about to discover was a very reasonable price. Because when he handed me the bags I almost feel over they were so heavy. I was so confused I forgot to ask for the name of the guy so I can send him a chiropractor bill.. but seriously, I got home and these portions are HUGE I don’t know how they can give you this much food and charge the same as a Number 13 at Arby’s? Something is definitely up with these folks and I recommend everyone goes there and sees this for themselves. Help me figure out how they do this. I’ll see if I can add a picture of the Katsu “sides” that have to weight 15 pounds 😂……..in all seriousness this place is incredible and people that run a business like this deserve our business. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry and the Homemade Hamburger Steak with Gravy, and let me tell you—both were absurdly good. Like, offensively delicious. I usually roll my eyes when people say “amazing” too much, but here? Yeah. Worth it. Let’s talk katsu. Instead of breast, it’s made with thigh meat—an absolute revelation. Juicy, flavorful, life-changing. I had to sit down (and yes, I was already sitting). But here’s the kicker: the leftovers. I reheated the curry-soaked katsu in the air fryer and it became next-level. The sauce seeps into the breading, then the air fryer brings back the crisp like magic. And honestly? The real move is to fry it again after the curry hits. Re-fry. Trust me. The sauce-infused breading turns into this glorious crunch-meets-savoriness situation that’s borderline unfair. I would order this dish again just for the leftovers. Delicious the first time around, but the remix? Absolute perfection. 10/10, would...
