Bad experience...one of many but this one was just last night at like 10pm and I left baffled. If I could do 0 stars, I would.
Went to the drive thru to order 3 crunchy tacos. Was met with a barrage of questions from 2 drive thru workers shouting simultaneously into the headsets "do you want extra chicken or steak?", "did you order on the app?", "do you want extra sour cream?"...Very confusing who to even answer first...I said again "just 3 crunchy tacos please and that's it". Again with the irrelevant questions being shouted at me with the mic practically in their mouth like the Micro Machines guy on crack...(they were both talking like they just did a bunch of stimulants). Super fast and loud and I could barely understand them. They had crazy energy and were not listening to what I was saying, just shouting a script at me. I just said "never mind" and reversed out of the drive thru, and went to Taqueria el Rinconsito instead. Got my tacos there with no stupid questions. They were delicious too. Next time I'll just go there and not waste my time at Taco Bell in Burien.
Taco Bell, you make dine in people use a kiosk to order so your employees have free time to troll drive thru customers? What the heck even happened to Taco Bell?! And why are you asking if I want chicken on my crunchy tacos that don't even come with chicken. If I wanted chicken I would have ordered it. The chicken is nothing to brag about or offer on irrelevant items. Please just go back to how you used to help customers. If I would have ordered on the app, I would have said so. Plus, only 1 drive thru person should be talking, preferrably not aggressively towards customers. This is unprofessional. Is this how you...
Read moreI made my visit in the AM for some breakfast......by the way if you've never tried taco bell breakfast....have you truly lived??? No really though their breakfast is honestly the bomb diggity. The place was super clean, it was a warm temperature too, given fifes climate in the am haha. There were current season decorations up, the ladies working called out a friendly "Hello and good morning!" from the back as soon as we walked in. Noticed there were two kiosks in which to order from if you didnt want any personal interaction lol. We were greeted with smiles and our order was taken promptly, the food was put out quickly and was hot, fresh, and you could tell that the food was made to order..not sitting there for the next order to pop up on the screen, mcdonalds is famous for that unfortunately. I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap with eggs, cheese, hashbrown, pico de gallo, and sausage. I died when I ate this...or should i say, inhaled it. Ive had taco bell breakfast before, but the ladies working must have all been mothers because I tasted the love. To bullet point my visit... My food was NOT quickly thrown together and it was fuggin tasty, the place and people were clean and inviting, i had no problem with my order, I was able to get in and out of the driveway easily, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Ive been in food service for 8+ years, and have had taco bell breakfast in Wisconsin, Colorado, and now Washington...
Fife Washington taco bell breakfast and AM employees are on point and 100% recommend...
Read moreI tried to order 3 chicken chipotle melts (grilled). I was told the can’t do that. I asked why? I was told “because it’s a small item”. I arrived at the window and asked for clarification from manager on duty. I was met with the response “the tortilla is a small” “and it make a mess”. I asked for the persons name and was told an Alia’s “Gabby” for the obvious male that was dressed as a female. Simple to not make a mess in your grill if you don’t press down firmly on handle.. It is your job to prepare food for the public and take special requests. After all the “do you want to ADD jalapeños?” “Do you want double meat?” “Do you want sour cream and tomato?” NO I want my item grilled since it does not come that way. I purchased nothing. You want to make MORE money from upwelling, yet you LOST money due to employee laziness. Lack of discipline and respect for themselves, business, and public. I will never give my money to this...
