First time ever at a Jimmy John's. After the 6000 commercials I've heard on the radio, my expectations were that the food would be good and memorable. The only memorable part was that they do not have yellow mustard other than in little packets, like the kind you get at any to-go restaurant. When I asked if they could put it on my sandwich, at first the cashier and the girl making my food acted confused. Like they have never operated a packet of mustard. Like they wouldn't know how to open it and apply it to my hopefully delicious sandwich. After asking if I should attempt to put it on myself, driving down the road (i was in transit and couldn't sit to eat), more confusion struck the employees. After asking a couple more times if they could PLEASE open a few and put it on my food, the girl making the sandwich was suddenly struck with a horrible attitude, one that someone might expect from a 3-year old when they are asked repeatedly to put their toys up. Finally she put on the mustard (she must have YouTubed "How to open condiment packets"), but not without rolling her eyes and then something that might be considered a hissy fit. Read morePlaced an order on the app for pickup and the app kept stating my credit card info was incorrect, which it wasn’t. After several unsuccessful attempts, I checked by bank account and they charged me for the order, so I assumed it would be ready. Arrived at the location 10 minutes later, which was 6:30 PM on a Sunday, to find the lights were off, the door was locked but there were seven employees inside. I called and was rudely placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Ended the call and called back and spoke to a young female employee. I explained the situation and she stated they had to close early due to a $2,000 catering order. I informed her that I was charged for the order yet they had no order history for me, with her explaining that her and another employee contacted everyone who placed online orders to inform them that they could not be done. I never got a call. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she stated she was the “general manager”. I asked to speak with her manager, which she replied that she didn’t have time nor the desire to speak with me and hung up. Obviously I will never be returning to this...

Edit: Im not giving you my address. Went into the store to get a sandwhich, and the staff is not quite up to JJ standards. They were out of roast beef and it took probably 3 minutes to get my sandwhich out. I went to the restroom, washed my hands, came back and had to sit down. I used to come to jimmy johns on a regular basis, and i think the work ethic has dropped over all. They had a cashier and two people on line, in college station my sandwhich would have beat me to the end of the counter.
