Tiki treats Snow Cones — Restaurant in Burleson

I've been here a lot this summer, and my teenage kids love it, so I ride with them when they go. Today, I ordered six snow cones, and she handed me the second one. I hoped she would offer me a cup holder, but she kept handing them to me instead. Finally, by the 3rd one I asked for one, clearly I was alone 😔 🙁 they were literally falling out of my hand and she gave me an unopened cup holder and saw one fall, but she played like she didn't. I was so angry 😠 😡 I just looked at her, but she couldn't care less, she already had my money. I wondered why, but my kids said they had the same issue when you didn't tip them. The machine automatically asked if you would tip before getting the service. Be aware of the nasty ways when you go or if you're sending your kids. I would go somewhere else; not everyone doesn't have a tip to give. I think it's sad that this is ways today, everyone expects a tip for doing their job. This is the free-handout world. Just left. Without snow cones. 8:45 I walk up to the window, employee tells me they just shut it down. I still see 5 cars in drive thru. I walk back to my car and continue to see cars pull up and out of the drive thru. I walk back up and the same girl tells me that they shut down the walk up service because they are short of help but we could drive thru and purchase. Every time I come here, the staff is friendly, as fast as they can be based on volume of orders and the presentation of their Snow Cones are Fun and on point! A little piece of abirthday Cake on the Birthday Cake snow cone, etc... inexpensive, artful...and you can't beat the prices. THIS has to be one of the Best Snow Cone stands anywhere. (and Yes, I had already had a bite of the Peach Cobbler cone...
