I haven't had Cane's chicken since I lived in Houston 7 years ago. Ive been waiting for my opportunity to get down to South Jersey to finally get to Cane's. I pulled in and got into the outside drive thru lane, which was empty... I sat there while 5 cars in the left lane were taken care of. No one spoke to me on thebright side.. I was more and more aggravated by the minute. I drove away. I made my way around the building and got into the left lane and then I see 3 cars pull into the right lane where I was before... the order taker started taking their orders, and I was instantly pissed off. Lost my appetite and wanted to just leave at that point.... What am I stupid or something? Does Cane's find humor in making new customers angry just trying to order food?? I mentioned the issue to the person and she couldn't have cared less abkut my issue or that I was angry... NO ONE CARES ANYMORE.... Did I order my food? YES. Was I completely angry and unsatisfied with the experience? YES AND YES Will I return and give my business again? Most likely, NOT. My time and money are valuable. I'm not usually one to get so angry, but it seems that no one cares about the customer or the problems that arise, as long as they can shut me up and get my money... The food is as i remembered, but the experience was crap

I'm not sure which restaurant they were asking me about since I've been to two different ones in the past couple months but they were both pretty much the same although the one in Cherry Hill the traffic was atrocious trying to get to it. Coming from South Jersey when I get up into the city areas here I don't really care for the traffic too much. Fortunately the food was very good although it did not seem as though the men you had very many options other than to just get a combo meal that includes a soft drink. Since I do not care for soft drinks I would like to be able to just order the meal without the drink or maybe if they have it get coffee but most coughing at restaurants like this is not very good. The people who were working there taking my order were very pleasant and easy to work with and since My job has me often dropping kids off at fast food after a sporting event I wanted to try this place out to see if it was worth recommending it. I also just last night went to another chicken place with the group I was driving and decided to give them a chance to see if they were any good since I didn't like them that much years ago when I had bought there and once again I was disappointed but I was not disappointed with the quality of the food here.

When my son said - “Dad, I wanna try Raising Canes”, I was like -“oh, no. Processed Frozen Chicken tenders for dinner”. We didn’t know what to expect. We drove 40 minutes to get there. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted. Keepin an eye on things was the store team leader, Iean. We placed our order and the food came very timely. We sat outside on the nice cozy covered patio. We began to eat and, oh…….my……..gosh!! The freshest cole slaw, fresh Texas toast, fresh crinkle cut fries, and the best chicken tenders I ever had in my life!! Fresh, hot, juicy, flavorful!!!! Add the sauce, and holy crow!!! These are not your typical processed chicken tenders!! Best I ever had in my life! Whole white meat chicken!!!! Then the Team Leader came out checking on everyone to make sure everyone eating was enjoying their food. He proceeded to hang out for a bit and chat with us which made us feel so welcome. Raising Canes has quite an asset, Iean! We will be back! It was quite the experience!! We are 100% a fan!!

Cane’s gets a lot of hate for their food from ppl who think it’s bland and just not good. I never understood that until today. I realize that it’s very location specific and this location misses BIG TIME. The Oxford PA location is consistently good! Everything was bland and tasteless even my sweet tea wasn't sweet. The service wasn’t that great either. The young man at the window wasn’t friendly or even polite. When I asked him for straws his answer was “I put them in your bag”. I looked before asking so I said “it wasn’t” and he responded “I put them in your bag” before getting more. Like what type of customer service is that? Why would I need to have a back and forth exchange about STRAWS for PLAIN FLAVORLESS food in a driveway that barely moved. Also, there was no reason that while I waited I didn’t get my drinks first. I waited. Got my food and then was told to wait for my drinks. Isn’t that the first thing that’s done? Make the process make sense and improve your food quality but I won’t be back there so I really don’t care.

Also I forgot to add that my toast was SOGGY. The other side of the bread wasn’t toasted AT ALL. Literally just soft white bread on one side. I’ve never had the experience and I visit the Cane’s in PA often since it’s close to my house. I’m...
