Dunkin' — Restaurant in Burlington

Worst dunkin, “manager” hoards donuts, any other dunkin around would give me an exchange if I accidentally clicked the wrong donuts. Everyone knows they’re gonna throw out (or eat themselves possibly) at least 30 donuts a night. Go to Colchester, or the other Shelburne rd, they’re kind and know how to work in customer service. Practices like this manager is what’s killing the planet and giving businesses a bad name- they’d rather throw out 30-50 donuts in the trash than give two to someone who clicked the wrong thing. Again “manager” acted like I asked for his first borns soul when literally any other dunkin would be like “oh yeah no problem” I hope this dunkin can get a manager soon because this man did not understand customer service. I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts at 12:45 PM today. There were two young ladies and a young man working. The two young ladies were in the corner chitchatting and the young man had to tell them there were customers and he was cooking they needed to wait on them. They took my order in which I had Splenda in both drinks and when I got them they were nothing but sugar. I asked them to remake them which they did but when we left Dunkin’ Donuts and my husband tasted his it was full of sugar once again. My husband is a diabetic! So not Impressed. Extremely disappointed today as we are regulars. First get told there's no wraps so I couldn't get my meal. Then coffee is messed up both mine and husband's. Then find out there are wraps from another employee.. they are frozen and the staff were being lazy. I'm not sure how this used to be the best around and my favorite dunkin to no one knowing anything about their job but the 1 friendly older woman with blonde hair ...I will not be returning as I'm tired of going back to have my drinks remade and I don't like how I get talked to. And for the GM if you can't do your job step down and let someone else.. I wouldn't want someone ruining my business...
