I am greatly disturbed by the fact that I have lived in Burlington since July and the number of early mornings, mid-mornings and even some afternoons on both weekends and weekdays the drive thru is closed. Not everyone can easily get out of their vehicle to just walk in the store. In my case, I have SEVERE arthritis, which makes walking very difficult, particularly when not medicated with ibuprofen, much less anything else. I need to eat in order to take my medications. Because of this, I prefer to use the drive thru as walking at that time is extremely difficult. I go to Dunkins every single morning for breakfast and coffee for my husband and myself as I have for over 5 years straight now. Because the drive thru in Burlington is almost never open before 8 am on a weekday, is usually closed on a weekend, particularly Sundays (My husband wanted me to stop on my way home today and grab him a coffee) at 1:34 pm today 12/22 and the drive thru was closed, I am forced to drive to either Billerica or Woburn. I should not have to drive 3 miles out of my way when there is a Dunkin literally 1/4 mile from my house. My son in law used to work for Dunkins in his first job. It was a 24 hour location. They were able to man a store and a drive thru with TWO employees. So the reasoning for Burlington is not that there isn't enough employees. Not sure if your office is aware that they are doing that, but being that a drive thru is closed at 1:34 in the afternoon, makes it very necessary to email to inform you of this and the fact that it is not fair to the handicapped people who tend to spend lots of money on coffee, that they cannot have the convenience of a...
Read more(8/21/25)The system was down so only cash and using the mobile app was working. I understood that. Although I didn't know until I was in the drive thru which had about 10 cars ahead of me so i was in lone for some time before I saw the sign. I attempted to use the mobile app but noticed there was no option for a chocolate milk in bottles beverages. I decided at this point to go in hoping one of the employees would be able to assist me. I entered with my daughter and waited in line until my turn. A gentleman ahead of me asked if the 2 men ahead of him were waiting for long. They laughed and said about 10-15 minutes but they were getting there. (The mobile orders line had a lot of customers waiting to pick up their order). That gentleman left. Once they were served I asked the woman at the counter for assistance because there was not an for chocolate milk she responds with, " I don't know how to use the Mobile app." Turned away and proceeded to work on another order. I was just left standing there with no help. I decided to go to the woburn location at 4 corners. Nothing but constant issues with this location, getting orders wrong, making orders wrong and the lack of customer service is...
Read moreI frequent this Dunkin Donuts every week after church and also in the evenings after work with one of my associates. I went there tonight after work, my associate was waited on and so wasn't the man after me . Both men / Boys that were working were ignoring me! I finally said Hello! I am here would you please wait on me? One of the boys, said with a grin I didn't even see you there !!! The other boy went in the back room and burst out laughing. One boy did some stocking of coffee and when he was done he would take my order. I finally said , forget it!!! I am not waiting any longer and left . My associate is a female and the boys were joking under their breath , they probably thought we were a couple. I work as a Bridal consultant at Macy's so I work with the public everyday, This isn't how you treat others, maybe these boys need a refresher course on this. I am very upset with these employees.
