I wish I could give zero stars on this place. I know ever job has good and bad days and you just want to be done with everything, BUT, at a professional working place where you work in public and take care of customers, especially a restaurant, a customer's comfort and happiness always comes first. I ordered a qtr cheese meal and when I got it I bit into the burger only to find that it was not cooked through, it was red and you can still taste the blood. I asked them to redo it and they came back 5 minutes later and threw the box down on my tray with a burnt Patty and to make it worse the first burger I got had 2 patties and this one had 1. 2nd, a customer did a mobile order and was waiting for 30 minutes outside and she came inside nicely telling them and the manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience nor take her time to listen to the lady, instead rudely glared at her and told her they never got her order when the customer clearly was showing them her order. There was no offer of a refund or a complimentary anything for the trouble. Instead she gave her a card and told her to call the number if there's a problem. Food tastes terrible with bad customer attitude. If you have 4 people coming in to your restaurant and wonder why you're having barely any customers, this is why. BAD...
Read moreRecently went into this location for lunch because it’s the closest thing to my job I ordered myself a cheeseburger and a mcchicken a large drink and a side of fries on their mobile app and was waiting in line for a while to get my order through the the drive through , got to work and when I opened up the cheeseburger I realized it looked way too small/flat so I opened the burger and realized there’s no meat in it. I called the location right when I realized it and they apologized over the phone and offered me a free meal and I told them I would I would have to claim my free meal after work and she said she would leave a note for when I come in. After I got out of work I went to the McDonald’s and I told them my situation to the lady and was waiting in line to get attended and not only did she not give me my free meal or get a apology in person but she acted kinda snotty and gave me a new cheeseburger. During my visit, I encountered extremely poor customer service from Sadie. When I placed my order for a meal that included a bag of nuggets, Sadie appeared visibly irritated and did not engage in any polite conversation. Instead of handing me the bag of nuggets, she carelessly tossed it onto the counter, causing some of the contents to spill out. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the on-duty managers, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, the managers did not take any action to address the situation or rectify the poor service I received. Their lack of response was equally disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
I hope that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be implemented to improve customer service standards at your establishment.
