The only reason this gets a one star is because I cannot give it negative numbers. The 'manager', Shannon was already in bad mood when I entered. I had 6 children and two adults. 2 Happy meals, 4 medium meals, and 2 large meals. I get 6 fries in one bag, and most of the burgers in the other bag. I handed out the food to my family, already seated and returned for the remaining two happy meals and special order Big Mac. Shannon was talking to her staff members about the order being 'too big', and whispering to each other. I asked her if I could get s some sauce for my kids and she gave me a dirty look, spoke to the two other girls, and then came back to inform me that there were already sauces in the happy meals. I told her that we would all like some sauce because the fries were dry. She huffed loudly and then rolled her eyes, asked what sauce I wanted so I said "Buffalo, BBQ, and sweet and sour, please" She came back and slammed a sweet and sour and Buffalo sauce in my hands. I said "ma'am, we have 8 people here and only 2 success, I'm willing to pay if I have to!" Once again, she came over and rudely said "What. Sauces. Do. You. Want? I had to go back to the table to find out EXACTLY what my family wanted, went back and told her. She then tried charging $2.60 for 4 sauces. I told her to keep them..I waited another 5 minutes while my fries got cold and my family ate their meals. They were all serving other people their meals and I lost patience by this this time. I asked her loudly, "ma'am when will my Big Mac be ready?" She dumped a regular Big Mac in a bag and threw it across the counter at me. "Ma'am, this is not my special order Big Mac! At this point, I just want a refund on my meal, my fries are cold and I don't have my special order burger!" She gave me a refund on the entire order and I told my kids "we're leaving". They grabbed their food and then Shannon started taking pictures of us all saying we were stealing food! The staff here need customer service training really badly! Shame on you Shannon. Read moreI don't often leave bad feedback but I do when it is warranted. Purchased a small order and a gift card. Apparently the employee that took my payment was supposed to give me my gift card and did not. So when I asked for it with my food I was asked for my receipt, which I supplied. After sitting for more than 15 minutes waiting for a gift card I paid for I was told I wasn't charged for the gift card and they bring back some bogus GENERIC MADE UP receipt that doesn't even even show proof the funds went back to my card. I check my account and sure enough there was no refund for the gift card as the manager claimed. I showed the manager proof with my receipt, and the charges pending to my bank with not returned refund for the gift card and asked they just give me what I paid for or give me the cash back. The manager refused to do either. The manager went as far as to lie saying if they don't swipe the gift card within a certain amount of time it immediately refunds. This is what prompted me to check my account and supply proof. After I showed him this his excuse was well it may take your bank three days. This was the WORST service when it comes to policy & customer service. The manager was only concerned with the store and "it would come out of his check". Truly ridiculous. It's the principle. I paid for goods I did not receive and I was told wait days until the refund hits. But when customers place their orders and pay their tender the funds are immediately deducted. This was a mistake on the behalf of their employee/cashier and should have been an EASY fix. I should have been given what I paid for and instead of management being worried about "his pay check" he should have been worried about disciplining the employee...
Read moreThe sign at drive thru stating 2 for $5 was confusing, to my husband and I so we asked the employee that was taking orders and she didn't clear anything up, what so ever. All she basicly did was read the sign as we had already done. What we were wanting to know was "what exactly is 2 for 5?" Was it just the fish sandwich and fries or were the other sandwiches (crispy chicken sandwiches included) and if it was just the fish and fries what did it mean by mix n match, did it mean 2 fries for $5 (bc that's crazy pricing) or 2 fish sandwiches for $5, it was confusing. Since she couldn't/wouldn't clear up our confusion we only ordered food for 1 person instead of the 4 ppl we had went there to buy food for, and the ONLY reason we still ordered anything was bc my husbands sugar was dropping he needed to eat right away. Then we had to pull over, into a parking spot and wait for our food. We still have no clue why we were waiting because neither the chicken NOR the fries were hot. Also the bottom bun of the sandwich was burnt. The top may have been as well but there was so much sauce on it there was no way to tell. At the 1st bite sauce went everywhere. This being my husband's 1st time tring the new spicy crispy chicken sandwich, it was definitely a bad experience from start to finish. If we hadnt already left the parking lot as he started eating I surely would have taken the bag back inside and asked for a full refund.
