Nonnos Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I'll start this review by saying I've had some of the best pizza on the east coast! From the mountains of NC to the gulf coast of Florida. I went to this Pizza location on a Friday around 4:45 pm-5:00 pm. There were no other customers and two people working. We stood there for a moment (2-3 minutes) trying to debate what we were going to order. In the window there were a total of 4 single slices on two pans.

The guy behind the counter asked " How can I help you" I responded by asking if they had any fresh pizza coming out. He responded for single slices? I said yes. His response " NO" ....from the moment he began to help us he seemed uninterested in helping. Very nonchalant attitude towards our order or even attempting to help our party. Not offering any options, not asking if we had been there before or not even attempting to see if there was something specific he could help us with. The 4 slices in window looked old, dried out.

As noted I have some the best Pizza on the East Coast, and this places presentation of their Pizza and the lack of customer service was definitely disappointing at best. Reading the comments from other about their customer service, and quality of food was completely not visible to me. Defiantly feel like they need to plan for visitors and people that don't live in the Burlington, NC area. Or not local, because it was a really poor showing this Pizza location. But guess if your ok with that kind of thing, and your in the Burlington, NC area give this place a try? But I will...

Let's see. You have an Italian Pizza eatery owned by an awesome Italian family! What does that mean for you? That means the absolute best pizza around and I am not just saying that. I am notoriously picky when it comes to pizza but Nonnos Pizza checks all the great tasting boxes! You absolutely owe it to yourself to try them out, whether it's their awesome pizzas, their yummy Stromboli, or great tasting sub sandwiches. They absolutely have you covered! Best Pizza in Burlington thats easy to miss! Being tucked into Holly Hill Mall its easy to pass by shopping and not have a slice.... Don't make that mistake! Nonnos is, The. Best. Pizza. in Burlington, hands down... The owner originally opened Ferrars's restaurant and, one day, I went and the food just wasn't as good... Turns out thats because he sold it..
