My pizzas were put in as a large and a family instead of two larges and he needed a coworkers help to change it. When the coworker, Cody, came over and fixed it my new total was more then it was prior and he said I don’t know it’s 22 something. And when I asked if my coupon was still on there he said I don’t know you can take it or leave it. At that point I just said yes I’ll take it I’d like a receipt please. After I looked at the receipt and did the math I realized my coupon wasn’t on there so I stood at the register letting them finish what they were doing before asking for my money back on my coupon. At this time another customer came in and the employee, Cody, spoke past me to the next customer even though I was standing there and I told them I wanted a refund for my coupon that didn’t get used and he told me the manager will deal with it tomorrow. I asked if they needed my information and he said no I have a receipt with it all and I took my food and left. My partner stayed and wanted his name and a managers name because of the terrible service and we were told “we don’t tolerate people like you” and that they “were trying to close” even though we were 30 minutes...
Read morePapa Murphy's was a good place to eat. Not anymore. For several years now Papa Murphy's has been shorting customers on toppings. Now they put on less toppings than Papa Murphy's standards. Stories of management actively shorting customers mirrors my family's experience. Regular priced pizzas are shorted and the "on special pizzas" are REALLY shorted. I picked up a special pizza and asked the manager why the toppings were missing. She says yeah the specials are short and I was being ridiculous for thinking it would be the same as regularly priced. That's the piont! Not a "deal" if you are shorted. always end up with a bunch of dough, not filling at all. I've finally had enough. I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at Papa Murphy's. The fresh frozen pizzas at the grocery store are better. Sad the mighty Papa Murphy's has fallen and greed is now the priority. I've tried other Papa Murphy's same story. I should buy one more pizza and take pictures and video while I pick it up to prove my piont. Post....
Read moreThis is a great place to go for fresh pizza made right in front if you, to your specifications. They use quality ingredients and they're pretty generous with them. This being a franchise pizzeria, you know exactly what to expect so there are no surprises, pleasant or otherwise. What sets them aside is in the care shown when they take the time to share info on specials and ask if you want soda or a container of cookie dough (which is so good, it rarely actually makes it into the oven!). Prices are great and they accept cash, credit or debit cards and EBT. Pizzas are all take-and-bake, so preheat your oven when you leave so that you can pop it right in when you get back. Four out of five stars (extra large pizzas don't fit in smaller ovens and the stuffed crust baking instructions result in undercooked centers , so lower the temp. 25 degrees -- 400° instead of 425° -- and increase time by 10 to 15...
