Subway — Restaurant in Burlington

I'm all for giving chances but today was the last straw. I placed an online order for an oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. It was done because I was limited on time and had to be back to the office. When I got to the office I was starving and started eating the sandwich quickly then realized something wasn't correct. I got the chicken teriyaki instead of the oven roasted chicken and the rest of the toppings including chipolte dressing. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and now have no lunch! I don't have time to retrieve a new sandwich and spent 10 mins trying to get the staff at the location to understand what my issue was and they still don't understand they think was calling an order in. This location in the last year has gone downhill. They started skimping on the toppings and when you ask for more they try to do a hand trick of looking like they are adding more but never add any to the sandwich. The salads are a joke cause they skimp so much on the veggies you should honestly only pay 3 bucks for what they give you. They also tried telling me the seasonal new menu sandwiches are promotional so they cant take the coupon for them. My understanding of promotional would be you couldn't use the $1 off coupon on the sub of the day and never had this issue at any other location. I ordered my food for pickup and ate in the restaurant with my 7 year old. Half my order was sitting on the register counter for anyone to take. When I grabbed the bag, she had come out from the back. She did not say a single word to me as I picked out the chips and soda for my daughters meal (which I had designated in the app and was not put with the order). We picked the least dirty table, it looked like the dining area had not been cleaned in a bit. The worker went to the back. As for the food. The worst store ever. Super unprofessional and sloppy. The condition is baffling. I ordered a sub online to go, the portions were really poor and the quality horrible. The sub was the worst I have seen, the bread was so old and falling apart with a horrible taste of starch. No wonder why they didn’t toast it. They don’t follow instructions present never mind online. Super unprofessional staff that change the attitude only after you tip them generously, so only after you pay.
