Wendy's — Restaurant in Burlington

I wish there was a no star option. I was literally treated like dirt, talked about 2ft from me and ignored, (all by staff and the manager) after an incident that happened this past week in the drive thru due to a medical issue. I had given plasma where I almost passed out, went straight to their drive thru for food to help rejuvenate myself where after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins happened to fall asleep.. I woke up to a girl yelling across the parking lot saying I hit her. Knowing I had fell asleep and that even tho I had to take my car out of park to do it, I pulled to the side to wait for the police where not only some staff and the manager on duty, the girl and the other ppl she knew accused me of trying to leave, and acted like I was a druggy or more precise invisible. No one asked if I was ok, if I needed help or even questioned what happened or why I fell asleep. Even when I tried to speak to them the only response or even acknowledgement of my existence was met with rude disregarding remarks. Thankfully the police did ask, listen, hear and verify my side and explanation as to why she had to pull around me and why I could have possibly rolled into her (even tho I woke up in park). Regardless of whether I did or not the way the manager and staff treated me, me not my family will ever support this location again!! Thankfully it wasn't a heart attack or stroke and only exhaustion but I feel sorry for the next person that comes there with any medical condition, don't expect any help from them. They will just treat you like nobody and assume you are strung out on some kind of hard drug.... (& for their information if someone is on some kind of drug they wouldn't be allowed to give plasma because they do test for that stuff. Js) Morale of the review: if you have had any or could have any medical issues now or in the future DO...

I went to this location 2 nights in a row and got the WORST service I've been subjected to in a good minute. The first night me and my party went inside to order. As we entered another couple came in behind us. As we approached the counter I noticed 3 employees by the drive thru window just standing and talking. They looked at us but NO ONE acknowledged us or even said "Someone will be with you shortly", just silence and stares. This continued for another 5 minutes until me and my party decided the disrespect outweighed the food and went elsewhere. Hope the couple that was behind us got better treatment. The Next night I thought what the hell try again. As we pulled into the parking lot I noticed no cars were in the drive thru and no one was inside the restaurant except staff. Pulled up to the speaker and nothing. Waited like 5 minutes before saying Hello to get someone to take my order. The voice over the speaker then says I'll be right with you. Lmao. What am I waiting on when no one is here or being served and the staff is standing around serving no one? So I played along and waited another 3 minutes to place my order. As I pull up to the windows the employee has her back up against the windows playing on her cellphone. She then opens the windows with an attitude that suggests why am I disturbing her personal time at work smfh. I would rather drive 50 plus miles to another Wendy's than patronize this location if I have to be subjected to this level of service again. Fast food has went the way of the dinosaur, extinct. And service is merely an afterthought of an afterthought now when dealing with these establishments. When staff openly uses their phones in front of customers and get upset we stopped the scrolling parade and bite sized video consumption you know shit has went way...

2.6.2018 @ 2:00pm Wendy's on Graham-Hopedale Road. Store was very clean, staff was clean and nice, food was prepared properly and was hot. Over all a great experience! Staff mixture was appropriate. Clean place is very important to me.

11-1-2018 @ 7:40pm Drive Thru. Drive thru was running well. Food was nice and hot. Staff impress is that it has started to run down. It all depends on the manager that is working at the time. Dropped my 5 stars down to 4. My biggest complaint is the way the drive thru is set up. You are directed to circle building and get in line...seems like there is always that a-hole that pulls in intentionally in front of you off of Graham Hopedale Road. Not a good way to end your evening when you are already tired. Wish they would put in concrete barrier to prevent this from happening.

11-8-18 People are so lazy they cut in front of you instead of driving around the building. This car is an example. He was behind me then cut in sideways just to get ahead. This has happened many times because the new Wendy's did not put in a concrete barrier to deter them. Have seem arguments happen and expect to see a fight break out...and it will be the owners fought for not putting in a cement barrier forcing cars to pull around. Anyway after being mad I ate my food and it was made well. Wendy's has the best tea!

11-20-18 5:00 pm 2nd evening going through drive thru and could not understand the girl talking the orders. She "mumbles" and can't understand her. Very annoying! Also staff was not diverse enough. I keep dropping my star rating. It was 5 star when they reopened now my rating is down to a 3. They are going back to their old bad ways and it's...
