We come here all the time great food and have been there at times when you couldn't hardly get in the place and order our food and get it within 10 or 15 minutes and today we go there hardly anyone in there just a hand full of tables set down and order our food and we wait and wait and and when our waitress come back to the table. I asked her if she knew how much longer our food was going to be because it's now been 30 minutes since we ordered and she says will I'm not sure whats going on I'll go see but it might be because its shift change so I said well we've been here when it's really busy and got our food fast then this she said well I can get my manger I said no because he's not going to do anything about it now the reason I said that is because the last time we were there, my father and his fiance and something was wrong with her food and the some manger cone to talk to her about it and he told her he would take it off the bill she ok thank you and he didn't he only took 3 dollars off her bill so back to today The waiter went to the back and kept looking at us around the corner cuz I can see the kitchen she comes back and said oh will you food is ready I can bring it on our if you would like they are just waiting on the traditional wings they still have 5 or so minutes we said yes bring the food that is ready to come out by this point I'm getting aggravated and said well I'm gonna tell you if the food is cold it's going back then she said oh no its not leaves the table to go get the food 10 minutes later she comes back she starts to pass it out she gives me my youngest son's food. I take it and set it down. She goes back to get the other food comes back.and she mumbling something the whole time she comes upTurns out that my father 's wings were totally wrong. My other son's wings what's the Facebook being honey barbecue turns out it was something hot so I slid it back to where my son was sitting wasn't hard and then she loudly and rudely calls the other waitress over there and says that you will have to take over this table. I will no longer wait on her. She just jerked something out of my hand. I never once jerked anything away from her or out of her hand? And my looked up and said and we will not eat here and got up The other waitress walked out and asked what was going on and I looked at her and I said first of all I did not yank anything away from her and the once again spoke up very loudly and rudely and started mouthing off so I just turned and looked at her and said you know what you can throw it away and walk out and while we were standing out front on the sidewalk, waiting on one of The people that was with us to come out from the restroom. The manager then came to the table but never once came out the door to ask us what happened or what could he do to make it right so it will be a very very long time before me and my family go back there...

I am absolutely disgusted with the service, especially the management on duty this particular evening in this establishment. I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never had the service like I had this evening. For starters, we were told it was okay to be able to sit together as a group, once our group arrived, that was not the case. After sliding two tables together with 8 people, mostly kids, who wanted to sit together as a family, we were rudely told by the manager on duty that we could NOT sit together with our children and were forced to separate. We were also told on the phone our group of 30 could sit in the same area, and that was a lie. Half of us were seated in the back and the other in the front. The manager on duty was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t care that our needs weren’t met nor bothered to care than we weren’t happy with the service. Our food did not come out for about 20-30 minutes where other people around us had eaten and checked out before we even got our food. Once we did get our food, we weren’t told that certain sauces had been “changed.” Orders were completely wrong. Our waitress told the manager it was wrong. Yet again the manager didn’t even try to check on us and stood behind us not caring at all. As we finally left, everyone ahead of us was told to “have a good night.” As we left, no one bothered to express any kindness towards us. The manager on duty stood at the door and stared in disgust for no reason. As a former restaurant worker and a long time wings to go customer, I have never been more disappointed with service, especially from the management. $44 Supposed to be 16 bone in and 16 boneless They were all boneless Overcooked and fried too hard chicken dry Supposed to come w/four sauces received zero Was told 15 minutes on the phone spent five going to the grocery store to get a few items 15 in the grocery store 5 to 10 to getting to wings to go so it has been 30 minutes when I got there and the order still wasn’t ready waited another 10 before we paid another 15 after we paid only to leave with this. Had a line of customers that were there to pick up food … three girls went to clean one tea pitcher and two went up front to stand at the podium rather than ensure ready orders, already paid for was given to customers … this left one girl behind the counter and she was on the phone I will do bdubs, dominos or make my own Will not pay $1 + for one piece of chicken that is barely around the size of a quarter. Dry, & overcooked So disappointed ☹️

Read the reviews… “pat” repetitive responses are the norm from those “in charge” - Same complaints. Same responses I can spend my $ somewhere where they don’t put the responsibility off on the customer to get the order correct … can you IMAGINE if the manager/owner was in healthcare?! !!!! 😳 It would sound like Gee, it’s always our goal to make sure that we operate on the right organ or remove the correct limb 😏 sorry if that didn’t happen but I hope next time you’ll be sure to look at your own x-ray and then postop let the nurse know if we didn’t do it right and then give us another chance...
