Pho 49 — Restaurant in Burnsville

We had terrible experience today at Pho 49 today. As soon as we got there, I noticed dust all over the dining area. I wanted to leave right away, but we drove 30 mins to just eat here because we trusted the review. Pork with broken rice served cold. The server did not apologize, he just took the food from us and said "I will microwave it". Then when he came back with the food after 1 min, he said "I brought you a new one". The canned coke tasted like dirt some reason. I think their water pipe has problem. Sesame chicken tasted like dirt and sour. Why their foods taste like dirt?? They need food inspection so bad. Dining table has grey dust all over. Pho tasted like MSG condensed that made me thirsty. They charged us 18% tip for 4 people, 2 adults and two kids. Theh did not give us not much service to received my tip. They also charged 3% credit card fee. What a shame. They like to rip off their customers like that. We will not be back. I arrived to pick up an order and was handed an order for a customer that insinuated it was the only order to pick up. My customer then messaged me and indicated that the wrong order was picked up and when I returned one of the staff said that the other order was already on the desk when it actually was not on the desk with no ticket. I don't like when people lie and waste my time. I wouldn't eat here and I wouldn't pick up any more...

Worst restaurant ever. They charge 3% credit card fee and they charge 18% tip when there's 4 or more people ( they count little kids too) pork came out cold, he said he brought the new one which cleary wasn't the new one. service was horrible, they don't care about service and food, just want to make tip without any effort. Super dirty, Grey dirt all over on the utensils, napkin, sauces....
