I drive over 30 minutes to try out Sanag restaurant, specifically for their sports platter. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into frustration.
Once reaching home, I opened the sports platter only to realize it was way too spicy for my taste buds and had to discard it. Disappointed, I called the owner, Ali, to express my concern. To my surprise, instead of offering a solution, he suggested that I drive back to the restaurant for a remake.
Arriving at the restaurant, Ali decided to charge me the full price for the replacement platter, even though I had already paid for the initial one. There was no offer to refund my money or provide any discounts, leaving me feeling unfairly treated.
