Mi Tierra Taqueria Food Truck — Restaurant in Burnsville

I stopped by this food truck on a Saturday evening. Was not busy, and despite the location of the food truck, I felt safe and was able to wait in my car for the food. The food was made to order and took less than 15 min to be ready. They will let you know when the food is ready. This was one of the most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried! I got the Quesabirria (comes as 2) and one taco. The meat and flavors in both meals were so delicious. Ive been craving them both and will probably stop by again when I am in the area next. I've gotten their Mirranbirria tacos and burrito. The tacos were delicious and the consome was fantastic. I always like to add extra lime to my consome, which they automatically include with your order. The noodles weren't mushy and tasted great with the broth.

The burrito was delicious and well-balanced. I asked for their meat recommendation and they gave me the al pastor. It was super flavorful and the flavor reminded me of chorizo. The only thing I would change is adding a little more pico de gallo into the burrito, but I'll just ask for that next time.

The location is very convenient. I can grab some gas and my favorite drink at the gas station while they make my lunch. Definitely...

Tried this place for the first time today and it is incredible! Everything was delicious and the portions for the price were fabulous. Service was friendly, ordering a breeze, and the buzzer to let you know your food is ready is so convenient. We had the asada, cabeza, lengua, and barbacoa, and each one was so flavorful and tender. The salsas, lime, and grilled vegetables complimented everything perfectly. My favorite was definitely the cabeza, while my brother was a big fan of the asada.
