After having experienced errors with my account charge account that would cost me a lot and numerous incorrect orders arriving, I expressed my frustrations and was ignored for being a “small fish”. When I finally had enough I got angry and Brian my sales rep removed my account, 12862.
I want that account reinstated badly. So I don’t have to do walk-in sales every time. I need to be able to utilize your business. I prefer to continue using Viking instead of Winsupply and DSG.
