No place for ZERO stars for this Geek Squad location. Made an appointment that was supposed to be only 10 minutes long. Waited over 10 minutes past the appointment time for the technician. I needed help to synch my new Charge 6 Fitbit to my iPhone cuz I couldn't get it to synch on my own. Neither could he-- after fumbling around for about 20 minutes, he concluded that I must have a bad Fitbit, but made no effort to help me get an exchange-- I could wait another 20 minutes at customer service for that. Fed up, I left-- no help from Geek Squad and no customer service. No need to bother returning to the Burnsville store when Eagan & Apple Valley at least service customers!
