Because of this location, I now never eat Wendy's. It's been over a year and I use to eat Wendy's once or more a week. The treatment I received at this location was beyond outrageous. Late night, the staff must have been having some sort of party that they should have put off til the weekend and away from the work place. It was like a scene out of a movie that the staff was trying to act out. I'm guessing a Monday morning drug test would have found this place with no employees. The staff was treating me and my food like it was some sort of teenage prank. Very unprofessional on the microphone, acting outrageous. Making jokes that were far from appropriate. It seemed like some sort of frat house summer party. The final straw was when they purposely prepared and delivered a meal to the drive-thru window that wasn't only not what I ordered, but a mockery of what I did order. Not only were there no apologies, but even more jokes were made at my expense. Multiple employees joined in on the prank and made outrageous comments to me at the window. It was as if they were all on their last day of work and didn't care about their store's reputation. I left without my food and after paying. I paid $22 for food that I didn't even accept from them because it was the polar opposite of what I ordered and I no longer trusted them with any food or beverage that I'd bring home to my family. One bad, immature employee is one thing, but when the entire shift of employees acts like this, there should really be an investigation in to what they are doing to people's food there. I'm in my 50s and have been eating at Wendy's since I was a kid. These employees were well in to their mid and late 20s. There is a time to party and a time to work, those times are separate. Pranks, jokes and immature behavior has no place around food or beverages. I have the whole incident recorded on my dashcam. Read moreI ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES W/ MY ORDER AT THIS LOCATION! NVR FAILS! I am not a picky person. I do not add or take things off my sandwich or make things confusing or difficult. I always order a biggie bag. Yet no matter what time of day or who is working, this location for some reason NVR gets my order right! I dont get it! Do other ppl have this problem at this specific location? Or is it just me? I have even been givin extra fries & no chicken nuggets. I suggest u ALWAYS check your bag before getting too far away . Also please know 80% of the time u will be givin cold fries! I did get super hot fresh out the fryer fries once. But most likely they will be ice cold. I am not a fry fan. But noone likes rubber potatoe slices , tht are cold! My other complaint is they asked if i want to add a cookie to my order. I said yes make it 3 cookies plz . Instead I got all the way home. & We had NO COOKIES AT ALL! Pretty upsetting. I have had many issues with my order at this location. & Complaining gets old when really nothing is done anyways. Im not driving all the way back. I am not eating tons of fries. An i do not eat cold food. So always check your food when u go to this wendys. Read moreI’ve been mobile ordering for a few months now and every time I go there to pick up my food, no matter if I place my order before I leave the house or place 5 mins before I get to wendy. It takes them the same amount of time as if I was just going to order the food myself in the drive thru.
Example today, I placed an order before I left my house. I get there and I wait 5 minutes for them to even ask, “ how may I help you?” Of course they told me to wait a minute because they were doing somethings but once I told them I had a mobile order they couldn’t find it so that took them another 5 minutes for them to even say “okay go ahead and pull to the second window”. Mind you I have a very angry customer behind who hasn’t even order food yet, I already having him shouting at me for taking a long time. Then at the window, wasn’t even handed drinks once I got up there, I just seem the employees walking around. I see the same 3 employees walking back and forth as I was sitting there waiting, finally I get my drinks. I asked if I should pull up to the front and I did mention that the guy behind me is getting very angry, the gentleman who helped me said it’s fine and that’ll it’ll only be alittle bit longer. All in all, I spent about 15-20 mins in the drive thru for an order I placed beforehand.
