Stopped at this location tonight and my experience was not a positive one. We were driving a large moving truck and therefore could not go through the drive-thru, so we went in to order. As soon as we walked in, the cashier was extremely rude and told us that they closed in 5 minutes and that we couldn’t eat in the dining room (which we didn’t intend on doing). I understand that they were closing but before deciding to go to this location I looked up their hours and it said they close at 11 pm. Maybe it wasn’t updated, I don’t know but that interaction was very rude and showed poor customer service skills, and is not the first thing you want to hear when you are about to spend money in their restaurant. Read moreWe got dinner here last night. Our food was great when we got it. However, it took longer than it should have to get our food when we were the only customers inside and no one in the drive through, because there was so much messing around from the employees. There were A LOT of employees there, but they were very unprofessional. Hitting things out of each other’s hands and laughing about it, blaming each other for mistakes. We were given the wrong order, blame was placed by the guy that gave it to us on the girl that took our order. When part of our order was missing, blame was placed again. It just seemed like too many workers with not enough to do so they were bored and being wild. When we finally got our food though it did not disappoint. Read moreOnce one of the quickest and best stores around, they will now COMPLETELY CLOSE in the middle of a line of customers in the drive thru. They will not tell anyone anything, you pull up to the menu and are told to order when ready, then they never respond, so you don’t know if they hear you or not. You wait and finally pull around to the window where they will continue to ignore you, not answer their phone, and if the finally open the window and you find out they’re closed, make excuses. Only 2 employees! Well clearly they cannot manage with only 2 employees, so they should just close or at least tell people something. Anything! This exact situation has happened to me...
