We took our granddaughters in Saturday evening for a treat we ordered and sat down to wait for our ice cream, as we waited I heard a employee talking in the part where they do ice cream he was swearing a little with not terribly offensive language but still not appropriate for dairy queen, then in a loud voice the entire lobby hears him say MOTHER FU$$$$ my son yelled from our seat that language was not acceptable and I walked up to the counter and asked him what his name was, he mumbled it ,I think he said Brian farco,he never apologized the girl he was talking to was very apologetic I told him I would be turning him in. This is ridiculous so when you order REGULAR SIZE CHEESE CURDS they ask what dipping sauce would you like I said ranch.. Ok cool. NOW, when you go to order LARGE SIZE they ask what dipping sauce would you like I said 2 ranches he replies"i must charge you for the 2nd IS THAT OKAY?" Lobby was supposed to open at 11am we showed up at 11:25 doors were locked. Employees came in and opened the door, however qe had to pick the chairs up and put them on the floors ourselves. The lady helping us did not know how to use the machine and did not give any of us drink cups. We had several people in our group and the rest of the employees stood their looking like deer in the headlights while we waited for a very long time just to get our order in..... would recommend a different...
