I ordered dinner with Dominoes in Butte MT Store number 7009. After paying with my debit card I was taken to a screen which told me that a woman by the name of Cynthia was already working on my order. I checked in on the progress a few times and hadn't seen any change in over a half hour so I called the store itself and wouldn't you know it, Cynthia answered. I asked her if she knew when I could expect my purchase since there was no indication on the DOMINOES TRACKER FEATURE. She happily tells me it will be 2 and a half to 3 HOURS!!!! My concern is that my food will arrive cold at this point and further more, I cannot imagine how this location can possibly do business with a 3 hour delivery time on a product with such a short shelf life. I asked her if my food was going to be cold and she no bc its not even been started yet.... 40 minutes after ordering it has not been even started. I am waiting for it to arrive since I paid with my card and we all know how long it takes to reverse a charge.... I am floored honestly since Butte is such a small town and there is literally NOTHING GOING ON. Just Cynthia I guess refusing to make pizzas and quoting 3 hour delivery and standing ready to cancel your orders. I just checked the app again and took a screen shot. It appears she found the oven. This is 55 minutes after I was assured that Cynthia was busy working on it. I will let you all know how the food turned out and how long it actually took once I find out myself. I am in the food service industry and a 3 hour wait for fast food... ??? Its not fast food at this point. Ya dig? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS LOCATION.* UPDATE * Food arrived at 820 cold and the cheese sauce has a pool of grease over hard cheese. 2 hours. I cant help but remember back to we didn't have this problem. When we paid them 4.25 an hour. And we got it in 30 minutes or less or it was free. I am not holding back anymore when companies fail this bad. I don't do bad reviews as a rule but this was extraordinary. I guess Cynthia and Cory don't like working Sunday nights??? The facebook for this location has 0 out of 5 stars and the reviews are damning. I regret not checking...
Read moreWe order from this store at least a couple times a month (or more depending on what the pregnancy cravings are calling for), and service has always been great. Fast and friendly. Tonight was the first night we ever experienced any issue with these guys (took a while for everything to get here, not a big deal because we know how it gets), they called to let us know that they were busy and really sorry that it was taking so long, and they would try to be here asap. And then they even threw some free lava cakes onto our account for our next order (score!). We eventually got our food and it was good (a little lukewarm, but hey, still warm, right?), but when it got to desert and we opened the cinnamon twists there was no icing. :( Not normally a big deal, either, buttttttt. Pregnancy cravings. So we were a little dissapointed. We ended up calling just to let them know that that had happened, not really expecting anything to be done about it (more just to let them know that they might want to double check that in the future) and instead of just saying sorry or having us drive down to grab some they actually comped our whole meal! Totally didn't expect that, especially since none of that was really that big of a deal! Super cool though; they've always been one of our top 3 favorite delivery dinner places for when we don't feel like cooking, and they definitely did not let us down tonight!...
Read moreDo not ever order from this restaurant ever the food is terrible looked like 3 day old pizza it was cold and the pizza bread was raw dough I had to call 4 times cause the guy taking my order kept disappearing and hanging up on me when my order was wrong I called 1 min after the driver left to let them know to send the driver back with my money and yo take there horrible food back the kid on the phone said we can't refund you cause you paid cash I asked to speak to the manager and a guy named Josh claimed to be the manager and owner of the business and told me to stop calling and harrasing them and that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up on me I then called back and asked Josh was he really the owner he admited he did not own it and i asked the owners name and josh refused to give it to me and told me to stop harrasing him and hung up on me again Josh was extremely unprofessional never offered a resolution at all so I hope the owner reads this and can understand why their business is suffering this is the worst customer service I have ever received I'm a business owner myself and and travel alot I'm not from this country and I'm appalled I'm also going to reach out to dominos head office about...
