Starbucks — Restaurant in Butte

They randomly added a flavor to the drink I ordered :/. We all know what our Starbucks is going to taste like right? We can bank on it because for years it's been consistent so I just drove off and when I tasted it, seemed off but I kept going even though I didnt quite like the drink. Before throwing the reciept away I noticed they had added a flavor I had not asked for. When I called the store to say hey, this happened - I was just driving through and don't live here so... maybe woulda been helpful if they had repeated my order so I could have caught it? The reply from the shift leader was, "well, the order shows up on the screen when you order so..." Oh wow! Guess that's it - check the screen if you want to makensute you get what you are ordering at...

We came up the drive thru 30 mins before closing. My expectations were that we would be refused service because the machines were already clean or would be met with an unfriendly employee.....Yet this was not the case at all!! We were met with the most energetic voice as if it was 7am and they were so excited to take our order. All our orders were correct, all made in a timely manner and customer service exceeded all expectations. The two people that were on closing shift Thursday did an amazing job. Having worked in service industry I know I would've had attitude if a group of people came in 30 min to closing and I am so impressed at the professionalism and high level of customer service...

Terrible, terrible, 1/2 the time they are closed or close early! ALWAYS out of product, never keeping things properly ordered or stocked! I have to drive to Helena sometimes just to get what I would like to order because they are always OUT! I mean who does the ordering, do they not do inventory? Just ridiculous poor experience through and through!! You order new supply’s and out within 2-3 days obviously someone else needs to do the ordering or at least pay attention to the product that is low or out and be sure to order enough to stay stocked, they even run out of cup holders for hot coffee.
