Vu Villa Pizza — Restaurant in Butte

We normally order from the vu at least once or twice a week (if not more), usually the nachos are the bomb! A few months ago we ordered our normal nachos (they know how we like them) and EVERYTHING was on the side...not heated up or anything. If we wanted to cook our own nachos we would have..we order so we don't have to cook. We called and was told unless they had the nachos back they couldn't do anything to compensate our messed up order. We got our money back (minus the $5 tip). Two nights ago we order our Nachos and they were good but we always order extra meat and beans...it was really light on the meat and beans...we love their nachos, so we didn't complain...tonight we order them and don't find out that they are out of the meat and beans until they are delivered. Had we known that to begin with we wouldn't have ordered them....but that's not the worst! They will not compensate anything unless they have said nachos back!!! So,yes! We made them pick up our order that was not correct...and now I wait for dominoes. I have been in the food industry for years and I have NEVER not been able to compensate a guest if I messed up the order! It's really too bad because we love Their nachos (and buffalo chicken pizza)! Just spent over $30 on 2 pizzas and we ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza and a Taco Pizza. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was burnt and the Taco pizza was great. Funny thing was is that when we ordered the Taco pizza they were out of beef, they asked sausage or chicken? We asked which the reccomended they said sausage. So we went with sausage , They didn't have deliveray which was fine, so my husband went and picked them up. When we got our pizza, I called to explain what was wrong and the guy who answered was very rude, and said bring it back. I said no we are hungry and will be eating it. He said well not sure what you want us to do. I said don't burn the pizza and if someone recommends something, do it the way someone orders it. And figure out a way to fix...

You guys officially lost a paying customer on Friday night. I’ve been there quite a few times but lord forbid on Friday night. Your doorman working Friday night had a stick shoved so far up his * and was on a power trip turning people at the door. Lots of lost money for you guys. I get turning away those with fakes that are easy to spot out, but seriously? He was booting people of age with legitimate IDs because he was on some kind of power trip. Even pointed it out to him. Got turned away even though I’ve been there many times before. There’s better bars in town with bouncers who don’t think the world of themselves. They also don’t get these highs when turning people away. Do better and hire someone more apt for this job....
