Yall know if you look at my other reviews that I am fair. I really wish I would have taken the employee up on her offer to 'go to the other store' when she said they didn't serve a certain item. First, she had me wait for her to be done prepping items in the back (at 5pm) for at least five minutes. That's an eternity to a hangry customer. Second, the only time she sounded not so miserable is when she was referring me to the other store. Third, I asked a few times to toast just the bread. Until I saw her putting the meat on.. I told her I only wanted the bread toasted.. She gave me the options of not toasting it or toasting the whole thing cause it was 'too late'. By then I'm just like it's cool, just untoasted.. I thought the attitude and the wait was just super special for me.. But no, I sat there a few minutes filling out the survey to get some free cookies and overheard the next customer interaction. Same bad experience for the next one. You could totally hear it in the other customers tone too. I quickly hopped in after and got my cookies (cause cookies make everything better) but damn she managed to ruin that too when she literally mumbled 'thank you' under hear breath like it was the newest and greatest cuss word. I don't even know if the employee has the ABILITY to smile. Literally my sandwich has four ingredients and it wasn't even toasted.. Then the second time around all a girl wanted was some cookies. Two of the easiest orders should have been the mad easiest all night to make into a good experience. I've worked in customer service 15+ years so I feel for other people doing the same job but dang, I dunno what happened here.. Was the must blasting too loud from the back to hear me say to toast it? Not only were the sandwiches basically thrown together, but my lady found a disgusting piece of hair in her sandwich that came from his head, no doubt, considering he was not wearing a hairnet, yet balding, which in my opinion if you're working in a restaurant, whether you're balding or not, a haircare should always be worn.
