Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It began with me attempting to enter the restaurant to place a separate to-go order while my wife went through the drive-thru. Even though the doors were open and lights on, they said the counter was closed. No problem; went back to our car and decided we'd just circle through the drive thru a second time.
We sat behind 2 cars for 15 minutes. When we got to the window, the guy asked us to pull forward; a strange request considering the order was just for large fries. The guy allowed us to go ahead and place the other order.
We sat for another 10+ minutes after being pulled forward. A girl came out with a bag and asked us if we had (whatever food was in the bag). My wife said no and told her what food we had. The girl exclaimed "Jesus Christ!" and went back inside.
After another 5 minutes, my wife walked in and asked for a refund. This person had to go get somebody else, and then that person had to go get the manager.
Ultimately, my wife walked out with all of the food and a promised refund to my debit card for the second order. We also understand that restaurants are currently understaffed and it was New Years Eve. But we are from out of town and had just arrived in Cabot after a 5 hour drive, and we were tired and reached our destination 30+ minutes later than planned.
Tonight's crew seemed completely overwhelmed; you would have thought it was everyone's first night on the job. A restaurant can simply not operate like this and we simply cannot return or recommend that anyone else patronize a place that offers this poor...
Read moreThis was the worst experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered our food and we’re told to pull around to the front to wait on it. After about 25 mins we went inside to ask about it and we’re told that they were STILL waiting on our hash browns. A few mins later one of the employees comes out with an order that was not ours…it had been 30 mins since ordering at this point. She went back inside then came back to our car after a few mins and said that she couldn’t find our order and wanted to see our receipt. After that she came to inform us that the food was being remade and gave us a few cookies….after 50 mins of waiting in the parking lot she gave us two bags….. #1 we were MISSING one whole meal #2 our chicken biscuit was UNDERCOOKED #3 missing egg from a sandwich #4 two biscuits were BURNT
This should not have happened. We were unable to eat this food that we spent $40 to get and waited almost an hour for it to be inedible and half the order missing. Ultimately we threw it away and went to Slims Chicken where we had excellent service, got our food in a timely manner with all of our order and the food was great! Thanks Slims chicken!

Read moreI'm not usually the one to write a review, but I just got lunch there and it's too ridiculous of a story not to tell. So I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with cheddar ONLY on it. It even says it on the receipt. Then I drive back to work and see that the only thing in my bag is fries, so I have to turn around and go back. I walk inside this time and the guy tells me he forgot to put it in there and hands me the sandwich. It has everything on it so I wait in line to tell him that it has to be remade with only the cheddar. I'm pretty annoyed at this point. So I wait around 15 whole minutes and people who ordered food behind me were starting to get their food so I wait in line AGAIN to tell them to make me my freaking sandwich, so they whip one up real quick and then guess what.... It has everything on it again. I honestly couldn't believe it. Waited in line ONE LAST TIME to get another one made and they got that one right and I left. No refund, no nothing. Wasted 40 minutes of my life and basically my whole lunch break. Get it...
