Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cabot

So we decided to give this place a try, since it has just opened in our town and neither one of us has ever eaten here before. So we went in with a little bit of anxiousness. And I have to say that the staff was so helpful. Like I said we have never been here before so we didn't know what we wanted to try and the folks behind the counter gave us some great suggestions, by asking us questions on what we like and dislike. so it made the decision making process a whole lot easier. the ability to watch them make the sandwich right in front of you also helps because you get to tell them "a little more of this" or a "little less of that". They even offered to Spin the Wheel and let it decide on what we should order, but I was a little afraid of doing that this time.. lol.. the sandwiches that we chose were fantastic, and definitely choose the "Mike's way" when you are ordering (yum). I think next time I am going to have to try one of the Cookies or Brownies because those looked delicious too. In my opinion you need to check these guys out, it's not just another sandwich shop.. they go above and beyond when it comes to making your visit...

I visit Jersey Mike’s fairly often and their food is always on point! On 11/6/24 I ordered online as I usually do, but on this night I was having a particularly horrible night. I went in and grabbed my food and all of the staff greeted me as they normally do, but it wasn’t until I got back out to my car and pulled out my sandwich that I noticed a note on the sandwich bag. It said “Out of R.P. (Rosemary Parmesan bread for those who don’t know). I’m so sorry please don’t leave me. I’ll do better I promise.” While I was bummed that they were out of my favorite bread, this note made me laugh and smile, something I really needed on that particularly awful night. I went back in last night (11/11/24) and was telling the staff about it and they told me that it was a guy named Austin that wrote the note. Me and my daughters went Friday. The food and service were terrible. The atmosphere was anxiety inducing and they pushed me and my daughters into making a choice even though we had never been there before. My daughter tried to tell them she wanted extra things on her sandwich and they would not listen. After I paid for the food, she had to again tell them she wanted extra things for her sandwich which they gave to her separately and did not put them on her sandwich.
