This Domino's is not worth the time or money. I placed an order online and there site wouldn't let me pay at store because order was over 30 dollars and I had to use my credit card. So I used my credit card and received notice from there tracker my order was ready. When I went in to pick it up the one person that was working there told me that they didn't have half of my order because the were out of Ceasar salads. He informed me that I had to leave my name and number so his manager could call me and tell me how I could get a refund. I asked why he couldn't just do it and he told me because I payed online. He told me that his manager would call me in an hour to talk to me. So what I learned is that if you pay online like there website makes you do and they run out of what you ordered, you can't get a refund right away and have to hope somebody calls you and tells you how to get you money back. The fact that this company does business this way is ridiculous. I will never use this place again. It's been over an hour and still haven't been contacted about getting my refund. The owner should be ashamed to run a business like this. I contacted the young man that was left by himself and informed him I never git contacted. He contacted his manager and was told his manager was going to contact me the next day now. I feel bad for this young man doing everything by himself and his manager...

4 Star: My husband and I have been enjoying this new Dominos. We weren't big fans of it before, but every week since they've opened, we've been ordering pizzas! The workers have all been nice, minus the time there was swearing going on in the back - they looked stressed and maybe short-staffed. The only other thing is I have to be gluten-free, and every gluten-free pizza that I get tastes great but is burnt around the edges. After the third pizza was so bad that half of it was unedible, I said something the next time I went in to order one. It seemed the lady knew what I was talking about but had no way of fixing the problem herself. She did offer to let the workers know for me. Then I got the pizza, and it was still burnt.    Read moreI came in expecting my pickup order to be ready but the app was having issues and still says âwaitingâ on my phone prob for an update. When I walked in one of the guys was on the phone and the other (Simon) was making a pizza but seemed to know something was off bc they didnât have a pickup order waiting. Simon immediately asked what he could help me with and got our order going with his other compadre as fast as they could. 15 mins later I was out, they did everything they could to make me happy and even made my NY style pizza a bit thinner as requested. Simon and the more experienced gent made my day, after a long day at work, and had top notch customer service.
