McDonald's — Restaurant in Caldwell

My kids wanted McDonald’s as a treat, I had ordered them two chicken happy meals, and two cheese burgers, because my daughter also loves to eat a couple bites of a cheeseburger as well. When the food arrived from DoorDash, it was completely sealed off with McDonald’s secure bag and tape labels. As my kids were eating their happy meals, I started to unwrap the cheeseburger I was about to give my daughter. I decided to take a bite out of it, and than the second bite, I felt something hard and sharp, I immediately spit it out and started to look, I thought maybe it was an over charred piece of meat, to my surprise I found a small happy birthday McDonald’s PIN embedded into the burger….my heart dropped…I was literally going to give this to my kids (5yrs and under) I am so glad I decided to take a bite first. I am still sickened by this, I also noticed on the bottom of the bun discoloration maybe mold 🤢 I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I’ve also had been dealing with food poisoning later that night and just now recovering 24 hrs later. I don't go to the big M very often, mostly because their burgers and fries suck compared to other restaurants right across the street... but I digress - I will occasionally go here for breakfast because the biscuits are decent and it's pretty hard to screw up a sausage egg and cheese. However, last I was there I took my family inside to get breakfast and I thought I'd be different and get a platter - a mistake I won't make again. I got the one without pancakes and I assumed it would come with a little cup of gravy. I assumed incorrectly and the lady at the register looked at me like I was a leper for requesting a side of gravy. Apparently they haven't had it for a while, but since I rarely go I didn't know this. They also don't have diet Dr Pepper (diet coke sucks) and overall I was just highly annoyed because I could have just gone to Carl's Jr right across the street and gotten exactly what I wanted and the biscuits are better too. This is the FIRST time I have been to this McDonald’s. Yisel was the one that took our order and she was at the window when we paid. I gave her $20.35 and my order was $17.35 and I got $2 and some change. When I brought it up she did not want to give me the correct change and had to call the manager, Pascal, over. When I finally got my $3 back (they did not hand me back my receipt), and received my food, it was cold. I had to go back through the drive thru and when I told them the food was cold they asked for a receipt which I told them they did not give it back. They argued multiple times about it with me and the manager Pascal was not very friendly at all and ripped the bag out of my hands. We waited 15 minutes to get our food again.
