I was at subway last night about 8 pm . I went through the drive through. And was greeted with " hold on " then they asked how many sandwiches to which i replied 3. All footlongs on italian bread. Well before i could say what i wanted on each,i was told to hold on again roudly i might add. I didnt think much about it said ok let me know when your ready for my request, i was told to hold on again. I said ok at this point quite irritated as i was in my car for 15 min and only thing done was which kund of bread o wanted..... so i get past the lady being super rude and telling me to hold on and that she would ask me when she was ready for what topping was next. All done ordering subs and i politely asked her, if she would let me know when i could order drinks. She responded with your being rude and im not serving you. I was in shock and said no mam yiu have been rude this whole time and i was patient till this moment. I asked to speak to a manager she said there was none and repeated that i needed to leave because she was not serving me. I said ok again calmly asked for her name, she refused to give it to me or her managers name she said nothing. So i said ok you would rather lose business and left. I dont know what this young ladys issue was maybe shes overworked but she never said im sorry for the delay or sorry that its taking so long to get my order and i was being rude!!! I was not! and not to mention i waisted 35 minutes waiting for food while being talked down too by this lady and then being told to leave!!! As i was driving away i peered through the window this was a young caucasian girl skinny . She was texting on her phone no wonder i didnt get the order taken in a timely matter. Worst experience ever. I dont recommend...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had! The lady at the drive thru this afternoon was soo rude.... I'm still shocked and disgusted! Oh and don't forget they will get really mad and not allow you to order three sandwiches or more through the drive-through. These annoying sandwiches I ordered only had meat, cheese, and one with lettuce... we aren't allowed to go in the dining room, I had 3 hugnry kids with me but apparently that's not okay. I sure hope the owner or management of this establishment steps in at some point. Simple kindness... bare minimum customer service... goes a long ways. I'm not even asking for exceptional customer service just to be treated kindly from person to person. I've had bad experiences places, most things I can look past, people have bad days and so on. But this is an experience myself and my kids will never forget. At least it was a good example to show my kids on how not to be. there are a ton of people out there right now that could do a way better job and actually appreciate having a job.... Now that I got that off my chest. I'll move on and never ever go to this subway again and according to these review I'm not...
Read moreI have to give two stars, sorry. The sandwiches are fine, but the wait times are entirely too long. I used to come here during my 30 minute meal breaks during work hours, but spent 30+ minutes just waiting in line. Dump your drive through line unless you hire a worker specifically to manage the drive thru. Rude and lazy people use the drive thru and order like 4+ subs, and they skip everyone waiting inside the restaurant. I would think I was next in line, but some crazy person would use the drive thru (I've never seen a Subway with a drive thru. Get rid of it!) and I would be put on hold until they made all the food for the drive thru person. It's not fair. Also, the management here thinks it's a great idea to have one worker here in the evenings, specifically Sunday evening. Is that even safe? Who gives bathroom breaks? Who manages the register when you have 6 people waiting in line, a drive thru, and everyone is ordering multiple sandwiches? I switched to the Subway on Blaine and it never has a wait and always seems to have at least 2 employees working. Avoid this place if you're in any...
