This is my first time ever leaving a review for a restaurant. I normally would just brush my experience off because I know everyone has bad days but the employees at this restaurant were extremely rude. I got in the drive thru line at 8:50 pm with 3 cars in front of me. It was a very slow moving line. I get up to the menu to order and I sit there for a little bit with no one ever greeting me then the menu just gets turned off because it was 9:00. No one comes on the speaker to say sorry we are closing or anything. So I stay in line while the car in front of me gets their food. I pull up to the window and explain I've been sitting in line for 10 minutes then you just turned off the menu. The response was yes, we are closed. I asked is there anything you have already prepared that I can purchase? Another employee comes up and shakes their head no at the person working the window. Meanwhile, I can see other employees bagging up the food that was left. Not a big deal not to get food from Milos but if you want to stay in business you need to teach your employees some common manners. I can almost guarantee you if I had been across the street at Chick-Fil-A this would have...
Read moreFirst time ever having Milo’s Hamburger, I think its delicious. It took me a little while to order and required the drive through operators to switch because I ask so many questions. It’s my first time what do you expect.
After a moment and good patience from someone happy to help. I got a number 5, a value meal that came with an apple pie. A little pricey but delicious none the less. Great road snack from a place I never heard of before.
All fast food seems to be expensive these days might as well get “good quality” at an industry average price.
The apple pie was really good but nothing competes with McDonald apple pies. Good fast food though filling with crinkly, cheese powdered fries. I liked it but I am a garbage disposal of a person.
A little about me I care about what I ingest but also was forced to take the Covid vaccine so do I really care or do I try to pretend. Balance
Try the lemonade. I got the Blue Powerade because I think being a child is fun. No pictures I am an animal I started eating while the person was handing me the food. Very close to the highway and gas station. Great pit stop on...
Read moreYour staff needs to be trained in natural gas safety. If a customer who asks, "Are you aware your store reaks of gas as if you have a gas leak?" The only appropriate response is, "No, thank you for letting us know. We'll call the Gas department and have them come out." Never should the safety of other customers or your employees be put at risk. It is free to have the City's gas department come out to check for a leak. The response should definitely not be to blame the smell on a truck that just went through the drive thru. Why? Not just because those types of gas smell totally different, but because it reveals your totally disregard for the public, including your employees who give you themselves all week to serve your customers. The employee, who I believe was the manager or shift leader on duty, complete ignored the comment and went about twiddling around instead of taking the 30 seconds it takes to call the Gas department - again, a free service that can confirm if your customer who has experience with restaurant gas...
