Lack of professionalism and cleanliness.
UPDATE: The manager double charged us on the food we were supposed to get refunded for.
The food was great, and the manager on shift, Andrea Anderson obviously has a great bubbly personality, which was great to see as the atmosphere seemed laid back in a sense, but it was way too laid back and highly unprofessional.
My free spicy deluxe wasn’t applied to the order (turns out the employee- who was very sweet-put in a reg. spicy deluxe which she should have caught as we waited at the counter together for the manager who was goofing around for over 10 mins). Another thing- the manager was goofing off when she saw that she was needed at the counter and then suddenly had to take a call..? But we were on a roadtrip and a time crunch and so I decided to eat first as our food had just come out and that’s when the manager thought it was a good idea to have time for me. After we completed our meal, I went back up to the counter while the employees and the manager were still goofing off and had no time for me who was very obviously waiting at the counter. She was seriously about to do a backflip by the way she was laughing. I was offered no apology by anyone, only a “my pleasure” which I found odd instead of an apology for the mishap. The only apology I was ever offered was by the sweet girl who took my order who was apologizing on behalf of her “busy” manager.
Another thing is, they were goofing off cleaning the counters after spilling lemonade and after I enjoyed my meal and went back, the other employees were still cleaning the lemonade mess and goofing off. But they didn’t even seem to be cleaning the lemonade filter according to corporate standards so I immediately threw away my lemonade. Please get that checked out. No one wants to drink contaminated, dirty lemonade. Also there was mysterious dirty liquid in the bathroom in front of the toilet. I didn’t know Chick Fil A was a run down...
Read moreI hate to give 2 stars to chick-fil-a because I absolutely love chick-fil-a !! Unfortunately, I think I will try my luck at any other chick fil a during my commute. I’ve gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions.. but I think I am officially 5 for 6 orders WRONG. To top it off the fries are never filled all the way.
Collectively in the past month I’ve probably spent around $200+ on Chick-fil-A meals which feels like a complete waste of time having to check over each meal like I’m ordering from McDonald or Burger King.
I’ve ordered a chick-fil-a deluxe at least 3 times and received a ‘Spicy’ deluxe. So when I order I specifically say “not spicy” that fixed that issue. The next issue is when I request no pickles and no cheese on multiple occasions I’ve had to go in the store or call the store. I despise pickles..
Today was the last day I’ll stop here.. I ordered 4 meals for my family.. $40 2 Chicken deluxe’s (regular) no pickles no cheese - came with pickles on them. The lady who rang us up rang it correctly - the kitchen made it incorrectly. To make things worse I came inside to get it fixed they changed the bun and gave the SAME BOX SAME CHICKEN SAME LETTUCE ON THE PICKLES! When I got home the meals were cold.. and disheveled.. family member was disappointed at the level of service received. Market salad was missing the Bleu cheese crumbles which was very sad for my family member that was looking forward to this. Mentioned requesting to get it fixed but I think I’m officially done with this location. Fries were not filled all the way.
I heard there was a new owner and I know it may take time to settle in your new role. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and I’ve tried on multiple occasions to be patient. Please listen to your customers, we are loyal if you make us feel like you care. It almost seems like the customer satisfaction level of...
Read moreAs most people know, Chick-fil-A is an amazing fast food type of restaurant. I have never heard of anyone commenting about Chick-fil-A "taking forever to get their food" or "their service was terrible"!!! I truly believe that McDonald's, Taco Bell, or any other fast food restaurants should be blowing Chick-fil-A's corporate office phone lineup, begging them to teach their people how to run/operate a fast food type restaurant!! I have been to many different Chick-fil-A locations in multiple states, and every one of them can have cars wrapped around the building and lined up down the road/street. Yet Chick-fil-A can still get everyone's order, accept whatever type of payment, and hand each customer their food/order in a short amount of time!! While other fast food restaurants, like McDonald's, can have 8-10 cars in the drive-through and it will take each customer 20-plus minutes at best to get their order placed and get to the window to receive their food!! I am just saying, that all these other fast-food restaurants could probably learn a thing or two from watching what/how Chick-fil-A manages to somehow get 40-50 cars in and out in a ridiculously short...
